No issues with the store itself and their staff is very nice.

I just went here looking for a computer mouse (logitech). This store has very limited selections of computer accessories. It's more for refridgerators or home appliances. I did not like the two options they had.

If you're looking for a wider range of computer/tech/camrea, you'll need to go elsewhere.

The only Electronic City located in Bali, this is one of my favorite places to search for appliances and electronics. This store is located on the top floor of Discovery Mall.

A lot of people say this is a cheap place to buy. I strongly disagree.

I went to Sinar Abadi on Jalan Imam Bonjol. Much cheaper. Bought a three bedroom Villa worth of electrical products.

AND Sinar Abadi has a much much better range.

I purchased a refrigerator at electronic city with Sony the sales man all by phone. He took photos of several models and I chose the one I wanted. I wired the money and they trucked the goods to my house. Just perfect service as 3 men installed the refrigerator (there is a lot of packaging around a new product). I’m happy I did not have to unpack it and set it up. Great price excellent service. Thanks Sony

Electronics city is a nice place to go when we need to buy electronics device like TV, Fridge, DVD player, Digital Camera and many more.

I looked at 4 different places for a 49" plus TV. I got the best price on a newer model here than anywhere else. (I saved almost 2 million rp!). Service was great! They delivered the next day, installed the wall bracket, put up the TV, showed me all the features. I would highly recommend this place!
