Super great!

Booked this last minute and they were very responsive and helpful in coordinating a custom tour for us (we didn't have much time so did an abbreviated tour).

These guys have it dialed in. Multiple guides, well coordinated with someone stopping traffic, moving things along, taking pics, etc. One of our bikes broke and a buggy was there to swap it out within seconds.

Some beautiful sites and a great way to see Ubud. Highly recommend!

Amazing amazing amazing, the hospitality, how they take the time to show you the culture and give you explanations on why they do it their way, you wont regret doing it, its a must if you go to ubud and want to see the rice fields, go on a swing and drink the famous luwak coffee

Absolutely superb day and was the best experience so far in Bali. Guna was most informative and made sure we all really saw traditional life in Bali. He noticed that one of the rice fields was being harvested so took time out of the schedule to allow us to participate in the activity, including threshing the rice.

Guna's assistant was also most helpful in taking photographs, stopping the traffic and travelling at the back of the group (a nice small number of just 6 people).

As part of the 3 hour ride we went to the Luwak coffee factory. Very interesting.

To end the experience, we were provided with lunch in a traditional balinese restaurant and then all of the photographs taken were sent through to us by email.

I cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Thankyou Guna and friend.

Absolutely amazing morning. The guides were brilliant and really helpful. We stopped at some beautiful places for photos. It felt really safe and our guides stopped the traffic to allow us to cross safely. I’m not that confident on a bike, but the guides were very patient and the bikes were easy to use and were very comfortable for all sizes. Lunch was also very good at the end and lots of water was provided throughout. I would definitely recommend, it was a great way to see Ubud as well as having a fun time. One of our best days so far. Amazing experience with fantastic, informative guides! The E bikes made the ride a breeze and the scenery was spectacular! The stops throughout were brilliant, educational and imbedded in Cultural learning and lunch was beyond delicious! Don’t second guess whether to do this or not - just do it because it was fantastic!

Amazing tour with a great guide! You really see a side of Bali that you would otherwise not see, our guide Guna was very friendly and gave a lot of information about the Bali culture. There was also a photographer who took so many great pictures during the whole tour. Highly recommended!

I'm a solo traveler travelled from Jakarta to here, and I wanted to say that i was the very first customer to do the tour with them after they've closed since covid-19 lockdown. They are very professional, and followed all the new normal protocol. They've checked the temperature and all wore masks, alcohol gel, aware of social distancing. (However, in the pictures i took off my mask when riding as it was hot and not easy to breathe, there were few people or no one near me along the route, and for taking photos).

All the staff gave me warm welcomed when arrive, and they took care of me for safety along the way with the buggy car following in case of problem with a bike you ride or any accident. I've been in contact with Retta via email, she is very responsive to my messages, and provided all details i wanted to know, she is professional and friendly! And Betul, my great bike guide and also great photographer! He took time to wait for me anywhere i wanted to stop for photos and answered all my questions if i wanted to know anything, he is very patience, friendly and professional. He took care of me very well and made sure safety for me when we were riding all along the way. He was also very pleased to take me so beautiful photos and even advised me for posting and places/spots which are good for photos, so i had many beautiful photos from this trip!
I strongly recommend to all of you to book the bike trip with eBike, you will never disappointed. This is a MUST thing to when you are Bali if you want to see have some adventurous activity but with great safety and new normal protocol, and also see local life along the villages and wonderful rice field views!

Note: Book with Tirta Empul as your destination and try to do holy water blessing at this temple. It's so magical experience to me to end this wonderful ride trip!

Really enjoyable way to see some of the Ubud countryside. Electric bikes make the trip easy! Loved the off road sections in the rice fields. Knowledgeable and friendly guides.

This was so much fun. The tour guides were great. Their English was very good and they were very knowledgeable. We learnt so much about not just ubud but about the Balinese culture as a whole.

Excellent! As a family of four incl two teenagers, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning. The bikes are easy to use, and love the extra power when you need it. They looked out for our safety with two guides, one up front and one in the back. Our guide was interesting and had a great sense of humour. Loved the lunch at the end! Highly recommend this!

Our Expectations were Exceeded! From our driver Kumar who picked us up and dropped us off at the Jayakarta Bali in a massive Rain Storm to our Guides Betul & Co.who looked after us every step of the way and gave us an amazing Ritual Cleanse at the Tirta Empul water temple followed by a delicious lunch! We had a great time doing the 1/2day e-bike tour from Ubud. Tour guides were so friendly and looked after our every need. Safety was very important to them. We had 2 guides with 5 people. Truly enjoyed our morning.

Brilliant! Super fun and informative guides who made us feel safe on the roads and stopped traffic to help us cross in spots. Awesome bikes, no need to pedal if you wish! Highlight of our two weeks in Bali. We went to a swing too and Balinese house. Highly recommend this tour.

A great experience for our family. The staff were informative and I would recommend eBikes Bali to others wanting to visit Ubud. Having the cart for our mother's was a real benefit and the rest of us, enjoyed the riding experience - ending with a nice local lunch. We had a 15 & 12 year old and both managed the bikes - no stress with hills when you have an electric bike. Transfers were arranged to and from our hotel in Legian too. Thanks to all at eBikes.
