They were on time to drop off and pick up the car all went well nice clean cars friendly staff highly recommend

No complaints. The car is generally in good condition, but with scratches and dents, upon receipt everything is shown and explained. They took a deposit of 1 million idr, returned it upon delivery on 11/10/2023

Uncomplicated car rental in Bali.
The pickup and return worked perfectly. The vehicle was also good.
If we come to Bali again, we would like Easyrent Bali again.

The only issue in my opinion is Bali roads are not really ready for cars so the entire idea of renting a car is not worth the headache of driving a car here. If the weather is good and you can drive a scooter/motorbike you'll save yourself a lot, and I truly mean a lot of headache.

I rented a car for 7 days, they met me at the airport without any delay, we examined the defects of the vehicle they delivered together, then they took the airport parking fee from me, I had not exchanged it, they checked the vehicle again at the airport delivery and gave me back my deposit in the currency I specified. If they solve the parking issue at the airport, I think they will have nothing left to do.

We rented a car from easy rent for 5 days. The pick and drop off process was really simple and no hassle. The team at easy rent were easy to contact on WhatsApp & couldn’t have been more helpful. We asked to change the drop off to our hotel & they were happy to do so. There was no hassle about car damage, they marked everything down & encouraged photos at the start and at the end looked round and that was it.

Service and their staffs is very nice. Recommend this car rental company to everyone in Bali.

Nothing to say about the organization

I used EasyRent Bali car rental service from Sept 7-Sept 11. Their service was excellent and the car was just what you needed for Bali driving. Their refund on my deposit was fair (I lost a hubcap somewhere). I had trouble finding the return location and they can to me. I also set off the security lock down by mistake and they helped me unlock the vehicle over WhatsApp at 5: 30 am! They are honest and professional

Excellent landlord. Good price and a nice big family car. Only on arrival just look for the contact person. But knew that in advance by reading the reviews. Would use Easyrent again next time.

I have yet to return the car.
I booked from home and before departure, a 5-seater car, automatic gearbox and child seat and added axa supplementary insurance.
Usually in Bali they are provided (in general) with badly maintained and decidedly unsafe cars to drive but this is not the case.
Upon my arrival in Bali I found a splendid Toyota SUV in excellent condition with a perfect and pleasant engine to drive, a relaxing automatic transmission and a perfect child seat with an isofix connection.
At the moment the experience is decidedly positive.

Great service and great team. Would rent here again. We had a technical issue with the first car, but received a replacement car delivered to our hotel promptly. Without the technical issue it would have been a five star rating, though.
