We booked with easygili for 3 pax from Padang Bai to Gili Trawangan. Most ferry options on sites like klook only offered 9am, 9.30am options so it was a big relief when we saw a 12.30pm boat available.
The customer service staff are speedy with responses - he/she responded to my WhatsApp query immediately at 3.30am, and helped me to sort airport transfer as we were coming straight from our flight.
Overall, fuss-free and reliable and we managed to get there and back from Bali to Gili T.
Just make sure to have internet to contact people like your driver via WhatsApp~ That is always very convenient and important. I used airport wifi and my friends’ hotspots before I got my own sim card (requested driver to get me to telkomsel upon arrival).
Quick answer and alternatives. I bothered him with the same question many times, but he always answered me kindly. The price is reasonable and offers better option. Gili is amazing islands
