One of the worst retail experiences. The food and restaurant was fine. The retail shop was very disappointing, overpriced items and rude staff.

The returns process is set up to trap the customer into spending money rather than to help the customer. Nothing was explained at the time of purchase either.

The staff are untrained and unfriendly. They would not allow me to speak to a manager no matter how many times I asked.

If you want a store that lacks any personal touch or customer service and where every item is over priced by 10% then this is it. Any neighbouring store you can find the same item for sale for 10% cheaper.

I have still not been able to contact the manager of this store through the staff so I've resorted to writing this review and warning others.

I ordered tuna tataki for takeout it was the worst tuna tataki ever. Tasted super stale. I immediately complained but the staff was very defensive arguing that they put sauce in it. Yet the food is dry and sauceless. Very disappointing.

Great service, like really great! Super amazing team! 5 stars for them! Usually good food, cool venue, though typically small portions and quite expensive for the quantity… like even an extra egg for their “fluffy” (super fried and soaked in canola oil! Be aware! Disgusting) two egg omelet is 18k, no one else charges so much. You can easily buy a dozen eggs for that. Do not order that nasty oil sponge omelette unless you’re into harming your health. Drifter, you should be ashamed of yourself serving such poison to customers. ️

Maaf saya kasih bintang rendah. Saya ojol, dpt orderan mahi mahi 1 item, suruh tunggu di luar, oke, setelah lebih 40 menit makanan belum jadi, akhirnya saya inisiatif untuk tanya ke dalam, ternyata apa? Semua karyawan malah saling tanya, siapa yang input orderan gojek, untuk saya tanya, kalau tidak, bisa sampai restoran tutup, saya tidak akan pernah mendapatkan pesanan saya kalo memang antri gak masalah lama la ini orderan sudah di input, tapi tidak di proses 1 item 1 jam lebih baru kelar, costumer sudah marah " Tidak karuan, dan yang bikin tambah dongkol, lebih dari 20 menit di depan rumah costumer, baru costumer mau keluar ambil makanannya, itupun dengan pasang muka yang tidak enak dilihat, driver yang menanggung kesalahan yang di buat pihak restoran, akhirnya, muncul notif 1 di aplikasi saya, dengan catatan, menunggu terlalu lama

If there is a surf shop in Bali with less skilled personnel, no ability to speak english, zero customer service and overpriced.this is the shop! I have been trying to buy here a Rob Machado Seaside surfboard (price tag 1300$!) and altho, I went in the shop, try to call and speak with someone over the phone, I never got the chance to find out the size of the board they had for sale. In the shop, they asked me to come back since they had no access to information. (I do not live near the store) The store manager was not available, not in the store, not over the phone when I requested to speak with her/him. The sales associates were not able to speak english almost at all. Over the phone their inability to speak was even more so evident, handing the phone from one non speaker to another, ultimately to hung up being incapable to have a conversation.
Offer your support buying from other shops on the island which are going in grate lengths to offer you a positive shopping experience and customer support. Like the Chanel Island surf shop just across the street. End up buying 2 Chris Christiansen boards for that cash.

Expensive and full of scenesters, which is characteristic of Uluwatu's tourist demographic as a whole really

Save your money and go somewhere where you get more bang for your buck if you're wanting food, art or clothing.

It's not bad but it's expensive! The shop is certainly sublime, you will find a bunch of accessories, clothes, books inspired by surfing, spiritual well-being etc.but the prices are higher than in Europe: book sold equivalent to 30 euros while it is indicated 20 dollars on the original cover. I still did some shopping for gifts, because I must admit that their products are very aesthetic. I took the opportunity to have a snack - you will find a wide variety of vegan cakes and pastries, hot and cold drinks there. The cookie I had was of little interest, as was the fresh ginger juice. The servers on the restaurant side were very friendly, but on the shop side, I found the salespeople relatively unfriendly. In short, the place is worth the detour at least to visit the store, do some shopping if your wallet allows it, but nothing more for a snack. Bad value for money.

Cozy slternative/hipster restaurant. Live music on friday. The have self service after 22: 00 and stop serving coffee, which was a downside. They also charge 8% service fee, which I feel is not justified when it is self service at night.

Nice place to work and the coffee is good. However, they charge you a lot of tax, over the already expensive price for coffee, so it turns out to be really overpriced. Also, the service is really bad. First time I went there, no one gave me a menu at all.second time, it took around 20 min to get a menu and after I finished my coffee, no one ever came to take the empty glass or to ask if I needed something in about 4 hours.

It is a good place for working. But expensive. Coffee with tax turns is 4 AUDS. But nice ambience, beautiful shop, but extremely expensive. Not for me. Attention is not the best, it is slow.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special, please do your self a favor change the cutlery to other design, the current ones you have is a disaster to handle. WC was clean. Good coffe. Overpriced surf shop which is normal for a touristic location.

Super popular surf shop / Cafe in Central uluwatu tourist area. Very pricey, so if you aren't ready to spend exorbitant amounts of money for apparel, surfboards, or food, it's not the best choice.

I just came to check it out but left empty handed. Wasn't going to spend so much for things you can find for a fraction of the price elsewhere.

If you go, be sure to check out the surfboards. Especially the one being sold for 100,000,000 IDR. Pic attached.

Really cool, stylish and hip shop with a lot of boards, clothes and much more.choices and brands.
The cafe is also nice but more expensive with 50k for a tiny piece of cake plus 7k taxes.

Love so much the place as bringing kids here will never have meet people smoking or vaping around. Thanks to the owner made those highlight mark rule.

No meat served here so friendly for muslims/vegetarians/pescatarians. They have a wide variety of food with detail description of the ingredients which is very helpful for health-conscious folks. Oh, they also have almond milk which is very RARE in Bali. Nice ambience too:)

The food is good but the service is extra slow. From the moment we came in and just got out after eating, 2 hours were gone. We went for lunch and even had to ask the staff for the menus because if we had waited, we could have spent the whole afternoon. We wont be back because of the service.

We had an great time here! The staff were absolute legends especially Bayuprana, Whis, Dodi! They even hooked us up with more recommendations and an itinerary for the rest of our time in Bali.

Really great the food. Cheackpeas chana masala and japaniese Bolognese. Thanks Putu for your attention and your service, was the best of the night

Went to celebrate a friends bday (perfect for group diner) we were 10 and we fitted perfect and comfy! We had the amazing live music from Yussuf (coconightman) so great great ambience, service and food.surf shop has all gear needed for a grear surf and boutique style bikini options for my girl.happy to see drifter still there.cheers guys
