Do yourself a favor and dont go there. Its a run down place thats still under construction and has not seen a proper cleaning in ages. Dust, mold and sloppy attempts to patch the place up. The views are also obstructed by construction with workers yelling right behind the windows. Eventhough we left an hour after checking in the manager didnt even consider a refund. And as far as price goes Ive been to many places in Bali that are way cheaper, in a better condition and better located. In conclusion dont let the misleading photos fool you, find another place to stay.

A little run down and very basic. But friendly staff and located close to the beach. Scooter is a must!

Lovely staff, always helpfull. Although the room itself was nice, it wasn't what we expected. The view is not like in photo's as it was full of construction everywhere. Noise all day long, the pool and the balcony full of dust from the construction. Should have mentioned it somewhere or take down the price.

shameful and a fraud. The rooms have absolutely nothing to do with the photos. There is a construction site in front of the balcony (1 meter away, the workers literally lean on the railing). Of course there is no option for sea views (the building they are constructing is in the middle of the hotel and the sea so the only views are of a wall under construction and its workers). We have discussed it with the owner in order to resolve the situation and after an unsuccessful negotiation she tells us that she knows that its is a fraud and she is aware of the situation but she is not going to change the photos because no one would reserve the room. We finally decided to leave not only because of the deplorable room but also because of the treatment received and the feeling of feeling insulted. This situation has been reported to Agoda and of course they will take action on the matter, but be careful when booking because it is all a lie.

Run away from this place!
The photos used for this hotel are no longer up to date. There is actually a HUGE construction in front of the hotel (so no more sea view from the room and the pool). The room is not soundproofing at all. You can hear motorbike in the street like it was in the room and the noise of the construction site which starts at 8am. The wifi is poor too.
We weren't aware about these informations before our arrival, so we tried to complain at the reception to get a commercial gesture. They told us that they will contact their manager but we never got an answer.

No good to value at all, keep your money to go somewhere else!

Horrible stay at this hotel! Runaway from this place.

There is a big construction just in front the hotel which makes a lot of noise. This hotel clearly advertises falsely because the photos used are obsolete as well as the name of the hotel because there is no longer any view of the ocean.

Lovely stay for 1 night, staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Room and pool very clean, nice location near the beach. Thank you very much

Rooms were mediocre. Unfortunately there was construction and workers that looked directly into the rooms. We did not feel the relaxing vibes we had hoped for and therefore left a day early. Service at the front desk was okay but not as great as other places we stayed in Bali.

Good air conditioning. All the views are obstructed by construction. We had construction crews wave to us in our room, not the greatest feeling. The staff was super nice! Room was a little dirty.

SCUMLAND View hotel!
There is renovation work close to this hotel and it's very nosy! I rented for 2 weeks but after 1 day I decided to check out since it was horrible noise! The manager Aj was very rude and didn't give me any refund! And just ignored my calls and messages!

It is a decent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful but there prices for taxi and renting a scooter are a bit pricey. Rooms are very simple and the shower floods the whole bathroom. What bothered me the most was the construction site right next to the balcony and the pool. They start working at 8am until 6pm. So don't expect to have much sleep or to use the pool to relax.

We stayed here 6 nights and loved it! The staff are super friendly, the rooms clean and simple. The bathroom wasn’t the most beautiful… but the view of the ocean, balcony and privacy well made up for it ️
Our bathroom was flooding from the shower on the first day but the staff fixed immediately. I recommend this place if you have a scooter or use Gojak as it’s a bit far to walk, but on the bike only 15 minutes from all the “main” spots! Highly recommend. Thank you so much

This was a very good stay, it was fully booked and I couldn’t stay for longer, I wish I could. Just the view from the room to the pool is worth it. It’s a shame that there was a construction work near the hotel, so the view from the pool is not as you might imagine, but everything else about this place was really good.

The room and service and amenities for the price is amazing. I wasn't expecting much for such a low price but ended up being quite surprised.

The view alone is worth five stars, but the hotel is nice and clean and staff are also friendly! A well equipped kitchen on the third floor tops it all off and makes for an easy recommendation!:)

I landed here for my first week in Bali. The hosts were lovely people, attentive to needs, and offering great suggestions. I had the top floor corner room #10 (3 floors, 10 rooms, kitchen and large balcony patio). Bed was comfortable, view was awesome, pool was perfect. It is a little remote, and most of my fellow travelers I met were here for that reason alone, to escape the noise and bustle of Kuta and beyond. I used a Grab bike to get around, so you will need transportation, almost nothing in walking distance. If you are a beach and surf person looking for a quiet respite from town, this is perfect. A great place to land for me after 30 hours in transit. Also, a very safe feeling environment from Covid crowds. And that might become a real plus in the months/years ahead.

Horrible Polish kids jumping super loud running up and down the stairs extremely terrible stay experience! So MAD DO NOT STAY IF YOU WANT QUIET REST

Extremely nice place:) We feel very lucky to have found such a hotel with amazing view and set up. It is located just 7 minutes walk from the Dreamland beach. The rooms are spacious and tidy. The stuff is polite and helpful. And the prices are extremely attractive considering the location, conditions and the stuff. We definitely recommend it, but if you are not sure, just come in and check out the rooftop view:)

Amazing ocean views, incredible sunsets, nice big and clean rooms, walking distance to the beach. We just love this place! We had ocean views from bed.
