The staff was like a family for me and I can't wait to come back and meet them again

Very good treatment, simple but very comfortable. The little pool is appreciated after a day of sun. A little far from the "center" but nearby you have bars, restaurants and shops with better services than in the most touristy area.

Kind and friendly owner.
Drove me to the snorkeling area and back for free. And dropped me off at the boating port for free for my trip to Gili.
Booked and arranged my snorkeling and boat trip for the best price.
The place was lovely and clean. The swimming pool looked lovely, clean and was warm.
Close to convenient stores and restaurants by walking. Also walked to the beach.

I recommend everyone to stay here on Nusa Penida. Very nice place with a Good location. The owners are very very friendly and helpfull!

We lived in deluxe room. Very cosy place, nice swimming pool. There are many cafes shops restaurants nearby. Very smiling owners.
Upon arrival we got free transfer from hostel with their driver MADE. He imposed tours with him as soon as we got into the car. We agreed because we thought it is safe to go with him as our owner called him my driver. On the 3rd day we went with him to the west side of Nusa Penida. He was sleepy on the way, looked very fatigue and while we were standing at one restaurant waiting the rain to be over he deeply slept. On the way back (it was very dangerous road) he looked not focused and finally he slept while driving so we crashed into the road shop with many boxes of bottles. He looked very shocked, we were very scared, luckily it happened not in the mountains, we went back home with another driver and told everything that happened with us to the owner and asked where can we raise a complain as he is NOT SAFE DRIVER, HE COULD KILL US! The owners ignored our question! After 2 days driver Made showed up again and starting texting on what's up and imposed tours (really?) with a new car. NO APOLOGIES, NO EXPLANATIONS from him and owner! So we told him he IS NOT SAFE DRIVER and WE WANT TO WORN FUTURE TOURISTS NOT TO GO WITH HIM don't take this free transfer from owner. Today we were leaving and he came at the same moment and asked us for money for the creepy trip with accident in the end. Be careful please!

Can only recomend! I enjoyed the stay here a lot. Very nice and clean, great location and lovely owner family always helpful.
