Dong Paloh Hostel & Cafe

The people working there are so awesome and helpful! Can’t recommend this place enough if you are staying in Munduk!

We only tested the restaurant. Everything was very very good.
Tasty meals in sufficient quantity after a hike to the waterfalls.
The veggie burger was great as was the vegetarian Satay.
Fresh fruit juice made on the spot just as excellent.
Congratulations to the family for this culinary success.

Clean dorms and nice comfy beds, great hike nearby you can do without a scooter.total of 7 travellers stay here, so it’s quite a small hostel. I think munduk will probably attract more backpackers in future, good place to escape the hustle and bustle of Ubud.
One suggestion id give is emailing guests before they arrive with the guide to the hostel/ area which was really useful and has info on the trek

Really nice hostel! Small so is easy to make friends and plan days out. Korry and the staff are great they help arrange transport etc for a really good price:)

Staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. The food was super good and cheap and we didn’t get sick even if we have a sensitive stomach! Thank you for the nice stay.

An adorable place with just one shared dorm room. It’s clean, spacious and calm with comfy beds.
The view from the balcony is lovely and staff is always helpful & friendly.
The café downstairs is also great.
Short ride to Munduk waterfalls and generally good location to reach other sights in the area.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean dorm and bathroom area. Well sound isolated from the outside. Good wifi. Their restaurant downstairs serves excellent food and breakfast. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing stay with the loveliest hosts! Hostel was clean and provided rental scooters for a great price, along with quick laundry services too. Good in the cafe was also good quality and great value!

Everything you need in a hostel setting and more. Friendly, knowledgeable owner who attended our every question and request. Thankyou Korry! Great coffee and the café served as our hang-out between activities.
Right on the main road so a bit noisy at times! Dormitory so very functional and clean.

Super netter Host

Noch tollere Gäste. Nur ein Zimmer mit 6 Betten. Jeder einzelne war super und ich habe mit jedem was unternommen.

Host war sehr hilfsbereit. Essen war gut.

Er hatte uns einen Fahrer empfohlen. Er war nicht so toll (wollte für jeden extra Kilometer extra Geld; das war sonst nie so). Dafür kann das Hostel aber nichts. Hätten wohl klarer kommunizieren sollen.
