Dive Concepts Lembongan

Completed my advanced adventurer course with them, absolutely recommend it! Max is an amazing instructor, you can tell he is passionate about his job.

I'll just do bullet points, otherwise this would become too long:
- buddy and I were assigned to different guides (it was not about cert level or anything, just bad planning)
- guide was in a pretty bad mood, barely responded to questions
Several equipment failures:
- BCD had a rusty nail sticking out of the backplate, had to ask for a cover. BCD velcro was so old that it didn't stay closed.
- Lose weight belt buckle, came off on its own - fortunately on the boat and not in the water. Grabbed a spare.
- Leaky 1st stage leading to quick loss of air on the 1st dive. The issue was played down, had to ask several times until someone actually checked and switched the o-ring and reg.
- Tanks were only filled to 180bar in the first place. Crew said that "this is how it's done in Indo". All of the other dive shops that I had been with before in Bali, Gilis and Komodo fill theirs up to 200bar.
Talking to the manager afterwards: no apology, just gaslighting - questioning my perception, judgement and level of experience.
Honestly, the audacity. When clients point out issues, just try to accomodate them, that's it. Stuff can go wrong, apologize and move on. I would not have written a review at all if someone had done that, but no dice. Just wow.

Very warm welcome, magnificent dives with Sara full of turtles, octopuses, fish with incredible colors, I recommend.

I really loved the experience with my divemaster Laura! I felt very safe with her, she was just lovely and explained everything so well. There was food, drinks and cookies on the boat trip to the dive spot and the crew helped with all the stuff. Highly recommended!:) thanks again

I had my AOW with instructor Sara and she really took a good care of me under the water.it was a nice experience!

This store offers high oxygen at no extra charge. I was lucky enough to see Mola Mola the first time I went to Crystal Bay. Basically, I will see several Mantas. The water temperature is close to 17°C. I borrowed a 5mm cold-proof jacket from the store. Wear it, it's very cold but you can bear it, be careful not to touch the bottom of the sea, there are quite a few righteous demons, it doesn't matter if the guide touches them, tourists will be warned if they touch them. The business of this store is very good. The boat is full this time for diving. You have to move the equipment off the boat and change the gas bottle yourself. Foreign guides will not help you change it. But if you meet an Indonesian guide, they will help you. You will have lunch on the boat. "Making rice noodles", most of the time I sit on the edge of the boat and have to be careful and safe.

Completed my SSI open water with Dive Concepts and I couldn't have had a better experience. Divemaster Raymon is amazing - he explained everything really well and was always there for reassurance. To top it off I got to see Manta Rays and Mola Mola on my second day diving - unforgettable experience! Shout out to Silvere for being the best diving buddy too!

I got my open water diving license with Max during my 2-week solo tour through Bali. You first get a theoretical introduction, then do your first diving exercises in the pool and then have 2 dives on 2 days at 2 different diving spots. Everyone at the diving school was super friendly and the crew was always in a good mood. You could tell that everyone enjoyed their job. You are given a tablet beforehand to combat the nausea on the water (take this, I totally underestimated the waves!) and on the boat you are well provided with biscuits, tea, coffee and water as well as a warm meal. Max was the best diving instructor I could have had. He explained everything calmly and very clearly. I felt 100% safe with him at all times while diving. He pays a lot of attention to his student divers and showed us super cool things underwater (we saw moray eels, stingrays, manta rays, beautiful colorful fish and even a turtle). I particularly liked his motivating, calming and reserved manner. So guys, if you want to get your diving license in German in a really great underwater world, go to Max! The diving school is great but for me it was Max who made the 3-day diving course such a pleasant experience. And Max, please don't become a captain, stick to diving, you're doing really great! If I ever get my Advanced certificate, I hope I'll have Max by my side again! Now I guess I just have to deal with the post-diving blues.

Great place to learn to dive or to have an experience at more than 30 meters.
I passed my level 1 diving certification there. Ask for Mahelyse, a superb, passionate diver. (French speaking)

Did a superb open water 3 days course here, cam all the way from jakarta just for this, instructed by Max from Germany, the whole experience was definitely a top-notch! The whole service is smooth & professional. Max is a diving genius and he carefully taught us every details and made sure we understood & pass the exam, as well as in the open water dives.an experience I’ll never forget, worth every single penny I spent!

Had a great time and open water course at Dive Concepts. Big thank you to the best dive instructor Yasmin for having us.

I would recommend to take a room at Tropical homestay. It’s just next to it and makes it really convenient.

Only point of criticism: shoes and wetsuits could be in better conditions.

But overall i would recommend Dive Concepts on Lembongan.

I ve done a countless number of dives over the years in this shop I never get tired of it. Nusa Penida is easily one of the best dive spot in the world and this crew will sail daily to where it matters.
The local DMs and the instructors are charming and fun, the long boat rides (to the fantastics dive spots) and surface intervals, are a part of the experience. They will engage with you (if you want), and tell their stories from the sea and jokes like the bunch of characters that they are. Theses spontaneous moments of conviviality are rare, they are what makes this shop unique.

For a week from February 7th, they had a really friendly dive with Jeje and sweet Jasmine, and they struggled to show various creatures, saw many mantas, and the coral was big and healthy.

I lost my fin by my mistake near the port, and the boss and Jasmine even snorkeled and tried so hard to find my fin. I was really touched?

I liked diving in Lembongan the best during my month's trip to Bali. So at the end of the trip (I came back to this island on February 26th). I missed it so much that I came back and went on a short but fun dive 2days 6 diving. The visibity was so, so, so good that I was excited in the water. Kadangsari. The visibility was really good in Sampalan. I also dived in Tulamben and Amed, but I like boat diving and coral being pretty and manta eagle ray black manta.

The diving center staff and the boss took good care of me and gave me a safe dive.

I highly recommend it.

He always asked me to teach him Korean and told me. It was so much fun. I like dogs. There are about four dogs here, and I always fall asleep on the couch to see if the shop takes good care of them.

They are so perfect!

2월 7일부터 1주일간 정말 프랜들리한 제제와 상냥한 재스민과 안전한 다이빙을 했고 그들은 여러 생물들을 보여주기 위해 애썼으며 많은 만타를 보고 산호도 크고 건강했다.

그리규 내잘못으로 한국에서 가져온 나의 핀을 항구근처에서 잃어버렸는데 사장님과 재스민이 직접 스노클링까지 해주면서 찾아주려고 애썼다. 정말 많이 감동이었다.

나는 한달간의 발리여행중에 렘봉안에서 다이빙이 제일 좋았다. 그래서 여행이 끝날 무렵 (2월 26일에 다시 이 섬으로 들어왔다) 너무 그리워서 다시 찾아와서 짧지만 재미있는 다이빙을 했다. 시야가 너무너무너무너무 좋아서 물속에서 신이났엇다. Kadangsari. Sampalan에서 시야가 정말 좋았다. 뚤람벤과 아메드에서도 다이빙을 하였지만 나는 보트다이빙과 산호가 예쁜게 좋다.

다이빙센터의 스탭들과 사장님은 정말 잘 챙겨주었고 안전한 다이빙을 해주었다.

적극 추천합니다.

항상 한국말을 궁금해하고 가르쳐달라 하고서 나에게 말해주었다. 그게 너무 재미있었고 내가 강아지를 좋아하는데 여기 4마리 정도의 강아지가 있는데 샵에서 잘챙겨주는지 항상 쇼파에 늘어져서 잠을 잔다

Did 2 dives with dive concepts the prices are pretty steep 1300000 idr for 2 dives lunch and coffee with some biscuits provided witch for the price you are paying could be a bit better but well I think it's the same everywhere plus the equipment would need a refresh but I must say all the crew was amazing special shout out for mine dive guide Jasmine she was great and very knowledgeable just bare in mind if you pay by card the surcharge is 5% which does make a difference so better get some cash but all and all great dive would recommend

If you plan to go diving or get certified in Bali you HAVE to go here! Was so satisfied with the experience as a whole and every staff member was so kind and attentive. I was a little hesitant in the beginning especially getting certified there was a lot of theory that made me feel I was in over my head but my instructor Yasmin made me feel confident and safe. I particularly loved her approach where she would repeat things in the theory as we were doing them in the water so was much easier to remember them once we took the test. My friends got certified as well and their instructors Ramone and Imi were also super knowledgeable and funny! I had an absolute blast with everyone and am so grateful to dive concepts Will be back again soon!

I did my open water + AA course with Dive Concepts Lembongan and it was amazing! The staff were nice and friendly people. All the facilites were good and comfortable. Yasmin - my instructor was very good, she made everything clear and easy to understand. We dived around Nusa Penida and Lembongan, and of course we saw Manta's at Manta Point.

Learning to dive with them was a really good choice. I reccomend to everyone

I really enjoyed my experience with Dive Concept. A group of professional, friendly, & very nice people they have there.

I did my Advanced course with Bagia and had the best time! The atmosphere on the boat was very chill and they provided us with biscuits, tea/coffee and lunch.
They also provided me with a dive computer which was great.

Had the best dives of my life with Komang, the best dive master! We got luck enough to see the majestious whale shark on day 1, and Manta point was absolutely stunning on day 2.
The staff is very friendly and well organized. I enjoyed the dives a lot, no stress.
Only negative point is that I requested Nitrox and no one told me it wasn't available. I had to find out by myself on the boat right before diving. It would have been nice to inform me when I requested it (especially since it's advertising free Nitrox everywhere). But it was still a great experience overall and I would go back again.
