Discover Nusa Penida

Such a great experience, definitely worth doing when you visit Nusa Penida. We saw huge manta rays, turtles, octopus, dolphin some beautiful coral and fishes. The boat was very comfortable and the guides were very friendly and helpful. Wayan was a great guide and he took some really nice under water pictures of me and my friends. The price is really good as well. Definitely book!

Great experience with this company, you board a boat with a maximum of 12 people, the boat is well maintained and equipped with life jackets. The staff is very pleasant and caring. One person can take care of people who are less comfortable snorkeling and another takes photos.
If you do not see the mantas at manta bay it is possible to shoot to manta point for an additional cost in order to see them. That's what we did.
The price is higher than other agencies but the service is well worth it. Don't hesitate for a second, to see the manta rays and have a good time, you should book with this agency!

The manta tour with Discover Nusa Penida is highly recommended. Compared to other providers, the boat is not as crowded (max. 12 people, we were only 5) and the tours start so early that you can experience the spots in peace before the big rush. In terms of price, it is of course a little more expensive, but completely worth the extra cost. The crew is totally enthusiastic about the underwater world and is committed to protecting the sensitive places from destruction. Wayan also has an underwater camera with him during the snorkeling trips, so that he can take nice souvenir photos.

Amazing tour, really glad I joined this one. Well organized, large boat with max 10 ppl, and enough guides to make you feel safe!

They took us to the nicest spots and made sure we were there as one of the first boats, so we could enjoy it in peace. When it got too crowded, we moved to another spot.

We saw all the animals we wanted, huge manta rays at manta point, turtles, fishes and coral! Also got all underwater footage the day after via WA, really nice!

We came across Discover Nusa Penida by chance because we asked around about the best place to book a snorkeling trip. This was recommended to us. On the eve of the trip (they only do morning trips because the snorkeling spots are not yet that busy) we texted the number to see if they had room, and we received a quick answer and a clear, informative message about the trip. Luckily they had room for us.
On the day of the trip it turned out that there were four of us in total. Wayan, our guide, said that with him it is always quality over quantity. Maximum 10 people otherwise it would be too busy to manage. There is a strong current around the island. We were the first boat to arrive at the first location and we saw dolphins passing by and saw 4 manta rays while snorkeling. We could only enjoy the beautiful animals while Wayan and his crew took underwater images of us. When a crowd of tourists arrived, we left for the next point. TOP! Wayan has 15 years of diving experience and knows where to find the right places. I could go on and on about the positive points, but I think this is sufficient. Discover Nusa Penida is highly recommended!

We had an absolutely incredible experience snorkeling with Discover Nusa Penida our guide made us feel so safe and secure and it was just so much fun! Of course nature is unpredictable so there are no guarantees, but we were lucky enough to see both manta rays and turtles on our trip! The underwater pictures were so amazing and will be the perfect memories for our trip. I cannot recommend this snorkeling outfitter team enough, they truly focus on giving their customers a quality and tailored experience instead of trying to just pack the boat. Highly highly recommend, now go book with them!

Look no further! We had an unforgettable experience with Discover Nusa Penida. We did the snorkelling tour. We were a small group (only 3 people), thanks to their care to book only small groups. They leave early and this is such a good advantage. We arrived at Manta Bay and it was just us and 10 Manta Rays. It was magic! They also take pictures for you, so you just enjoy the experience. We also saw turtles and beautiful corals. Komang was our instructor and he was awesome. Very engaged in providing information and curiosities, and most important, showing us the Mantas, turtles and corals. He goes in the water with us, guide us, and take pictures. Wayan, the owner who was answering the whatsapp was super helpful and provided all the information I needed and very quickly. They take cards. Highly recommend!

We stopped at discover nusa penida snorkeling tour on our girls trip to Bali because we wanted to swim with Manta rays and it was the most amazing experience ever. The crew was amazing, stopping at spots that were not planned because there were mantas, showing us turtles, taking pictures of us and the numerous animals and playing with the fish. I would 100% recommend we saw so many rays and turtles. Amazing tour!

Wayan and his team were amazing guides and stewards of Nusa Penida. Wayan in particular is a friendly, charismatic and energetic guide who was so helpful during our time on the island. He arranged transportation from our Hotel in Bali, Ferry to Nusa penida, transportation to our hotel in NP and then all the return legs as well (with every driver arriving early! Which put our minds at ease) Our snorkel group was only 5 people and that allowed us to move quickly to see multiple Manta Rays, turtles, and fish. My friends and I were also very impressed with Wayans commitment to the environment which was important to us as well. Amazing experience, Wayan is one of the coolest people I have ever met and the best snorkelling out there. He delivers what he promised amazing photos and swimming with manta rays and exploring the beautiful reefs of nusa penida. The home stay is just so reasonable and amazing as well. If u come to nusa penida Wayan is the man. And he takes only small groups to deliver what he promises and rightfully so! Frightening experience, absolutely no explainations or security advices for people who told they were beginners.
The diving monitor was really unfriendly, shouting "jump jump" to terrified tourists starring at the big waves in manta bay!
Even if we just did the half of the journey, the monitor insisted loudly for us to pay the whole day threatening us to let us in the street with no way to go home.
