The people who work here are really accommodating, friendly, and the best spring rolls on the island, having tasted many different places during my stay here

Poor, unfriendly service. Do not book with them for snorkeling, big scam, they sell 3 hours but the trip only lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. However, you have to pay for 3 hours! Ashamed

We stayed a full week at Dini D'nusa and enjoyed the place a lot. It's located in a rather quite area of the island but is still in walking distance to nice restaurants and beaches. The rooms were very clean and nice and the garden and pool very good for our kids to play. Thanks to the whole team for making this a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Amazing views in a quiet location but really poor service
+The view is great, location is quiet, away from the road, breakfasts are good
-The service is very poor. Staff was not speaking good English. They did organize snorkeling trip and transportation but they were behaving like they dont care about providing good service. It actually started before our stay, when i was reaching out though Booking, they were slow to answer or didnt answer. Scooters and helmets were old.
-Breakfast is good but we had dinner and it was less than average

The rooms are clean and good by arrival. Just the service afterwards was not good! We ask if it’s possible to remake the bed because the bedding have some stains. They told us they will look for it, but don’t change it. Same as with the towels, we must ask by ourselves for new towels. The bungalows are nice and also the pool and the view is good. Breakfast ist included but just Omelett or pancakes, but the omelette was good. The stay was okay, I can't say whether we would come back again.

I definitely don't recommend it. We left our towels on the floor to be changed. After the room cleaning the dirty towels hung again. When asked if we could get new ones, it was only said we didn't have any. We then moved to another hotel.

Probably the best accommodation we have had on Bali. The site is simply sublime with its terrace and infinity pool overlooking the sea from the cliff. Breakfast is taken on the terrace with a view of the sea. Accommodation is in bungalows spread out in the middle of gardens with lush vegetation. Vast room, huge bed, outside shower toilet area overlooking the open sky. Due to its isolation, the staff can drop you off and pick you up in the evening at the restaurant of your choice on simple request. You can walk home but provide a lamp for lighting because there is no public lighting. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. He can organize your outings for you, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is served in the tradition it is in the average high. The only point that could be improved is the wifi coverage on the furthest bungalows.

This quiet and quaint beautiful hotel is the place to stay in nusa Lembongan. Perfectly cold aircon, clean rooms, cheap and yummy food all prepared fresh and cold beers whenever you need! They organised everything from scooters to our boat and did it all with a smile. It will make you feel like you’re staying with a family the staff are all so so kind and smiling and happy to help however they can. Can’t recommend this place enough. We were staying at a more expensive hotel that had terrible aircon and was just not a great experience then came here and wow wow! We didn’t want to leave.

Such an amazing place! Service was incredible and everyone there was so so nice and helpful. Accommodations were so beautiful and very clean. Will definitely be back!

Good points: Location, staff friendly and responsive.

Negative points: No restaurant although advertised (important due to remote location), not made aware in advance that cash only payment is accepted, facilities in disrepair (hot water system in need of replacement at time of arrival, lamp bulbs missing, door frame warped). Linen not up to standard (stained and yellowed).

Having been charged a (relatively) high rate I believe that there are better options available. I would not consider this property again?

Must go to Dini D Nusa if you are in Nusa Lembongan. The first impression is that the hotel is avarage BUT the people working there make this hotel extremely different. They are there for the client at any time. I will definitely go back to this hotel

Great place, we're enjoying it to it's fullest:) Yoni is a wonderful administration and she is very helpful with any question the arises. The view is great with a pool to the ocean and a big space of the hotel itself. Free transfers to restaurants and back

Peaceful, secluded location with amazing sea facing view. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is very polite and helpful. Manager Yoni is an amazing personality. She is very helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy. It was a very homely experience. Also people in Lembongan are very very friendly. Everyone will wave at you and guide you. Many options available at almost all hotels for vegetarian people. It was an amazing experience at Nusa Lembongan and Dini D'nusa.
