Dewi Sri Hotel

Very decent hotel for the price and well located. However, be careful when consuming drinks or food! I paid for my drinks gradually in cash to avoid putting the bill on my room. In the end they asked me to pay again, saying that I had not done so because otherwise the staff would not have published the ticket.even though they publish the ticket automatically.

I have stayed at this place multiple times before, I have really enjoyed it in the past. I had recently stayed there and was very disappointed to say the least…. I had booked 4 rooms with double/queen beds however I was given 4 rooms with 2 singles in each. My parents and my family members and their partners were forced to sleep apart due to the mishap. We requested this be changed as this is not what we had booked and paid for however they were unable to do so…. After the second night and 4 trips to reception asking for our rooms to be changed we were told they had one room available with a double bed which we could switch to. This still left 3 other couples having to sleep apart (which was NOT what we booked and paid for). After the 3rd night it was decided we would book alternative accommodation and request a refund on our remaining 2/3 nights. Upon booking elsewhere and re explaining to management staff why we were not happy we were told they would upgrade us free of charge to a family room. We then explained again that we had booked accommodation elsewhere because our needs were not met and we didn’t get what we paid for. The staff there refused us a refund on our remaining nights and told us to take it up with the booking company. We tried doing this however had no luck and no assistance from any staff at Dewi Sri. We were very frustrated and disappointed and unfortunately will not be staying there again. I really do NOT recommend staying at Dewi Sri. We got talking to another couple there and they told us the same thing had happened to them! No refunds for the nights we left and no partial refunds on the room we had stayed in as it was not what we booked. Very very disappointed.

Great hotel for when travelling on a budget. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

We travelled in October, very hot and humid. Couldn’t swim in the day, I preferred to swim in the evenings when the sun was setting.

Wi-Fi was available, but very choppy in the room I was staying. It was only fast when outside the room.

The man who appears to be the manager is a bit arrogant. They are humble towards Australians and have a different attitude towards Asians. The restaurant staff are friendly. The room is old and the pool water is dirty. Breakfast is a buffet and comes out well.

Great place if you are not after 5 * luxury. Basic, clean, in the heart of Kuta but away from traffic and noise with typical Balinese hospitality.
Staff is professional.
We changed 3 rooms due to 1) Blocked shower 2) No WiFi
Last room had Wifi problem again then we didn't bother to do any more change.
We stayed in basic rooms, all had their own maintenance issues one way or another. Last room's (419) beds were very uncomfortable.
Management staff is helpful.
Pool is nice. There is a back sliding gate opens to local's Kuta where you could find great local food and other services, too.
If you leave early as 7 am you could find some fresh breakfast items sold on the street like spring rolls.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, will be back again.

One more tip: When using Gojek don't use Dewi Sri as your collection point. Somehow it didn't allow me to go to Ubud area from there, instead I chose BellSwiss Hotel (which is next door) Also Gojek dropped me at the back sliding door, their map shows it like this. You could simply ask the driver to be dropped at the entrance (with the bikes its easy) and pay some extra.

Great place. In the heart of Kuta, but no noise at all. Pleasant staff and a great pool and bar area. The rooms could use an upgrade.

I always stay here when in bali, great location in the centre of bali, never had a problem all staff are so friendly going there after covid made my heart warm to see the same staff from years before! Great little hotel️

Stayed here for two nights in May. Regular hotel, but very near to the party street. The bar in the swimming pool is a bit expensive and the pool is small-ish in size. The staff added the cost of a condom to our bill - though we never used one.
The rooms are spacious and the lawn is a nice area to relax.

Great pool and dining area! Very cool vibe with pool bar in the pool, and floating devices on the pool for enjoyment.

Dewi Sri was a great little hotel to stay at. The staff were super friendly, the included breakfast provided variety and a generous amount over the course of the trip. The massages, facials, hair braiding were fantastic and the staff doing this were amazing. The rooms were clean, if we needed extra pillows or blankets it was granted with ease. Its central to most things in Kuta, the pool facilities were exceptional, hotel food also great. Id like to see more options for Vegan/Vego but all in all I was able to meet my dietary requirements majority of the time. Its a very kid friendly hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who asked for a place to stay in Kuta. We are very happy customers:)

We love how we are in rhe middle of the city but when we are at the hotel there is a nice relaxed feel to it.

I really recommend this hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. Their room is clean and comfortable, they have helpful and friendly staffs (the staff help us with everything), and near tourist attractions.

Our room was just basic in terms of design but was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food and drinks was very delicious
