Desa Hostel

Have been to many hostels around the world but this one of the best! The dorm is clean, super comfy beds, great space to hangout with pool area and loads of activities all arround. The manager of the hostel (Dedi) is fantastic and truly makes your stay special. Have learned a lot about bali, saw fireflies, beautiful sunsets, waterfalls and a special tour by Dedi! Will definitely come back someday to enjoy this hostel again.

Very nice and new hostel. Munduk is a wonderfully quiet place in the north of Bali between the rice fields. There's a lot to do; hikes, waterfalls, watching sunsets. The hostel is also very nice! Nice quiet place & yet easy to get to know people. The manager of the hostel is a very friendly man who puts a lot of time and effort into making all guests feel welcome and helps everyone arrange his or her trip. Highly recommended!

An exceptional stay! We were made very welcome by Dedi when we arrived at Desa Hostel, the beds are super comfortable and the showers and toilets very clean! The great bonus is that the manager offered us excursions to the waterfalls and a great place to admire the sunset, we were able to learn a lot about Balinese culture, we are really delighted with our stay here, from afar the best hostel we have ever been to!

Best hostel we've been to so far! The rooms are clean, the bedding is very comfortable, the staff are very welcoming, especially Deddy who did everything to make our stay as good as possible. I highly recommend this hostel!

The best place I've been in Bali so far, clean, beautiful, tidy, stunning seating areas. The owner is just lovely! Speaks fluent English, took care of everything I needed, offered me beautiful places and recommended restaurants to go to and all at a very fair price of $10 a night in the dorm:)

We were looking for a meal at 9 p.m, the very welcoming hosts were kind enough to open their kitchens to us, the “Mie Goreng” were excellent.

Daddy does everything to make us feel at home, gives us a lot of advice on what to visit and where to eat.

I will always remember my stay at Desa Hostel. One of the best experiences I’ve had so far on my travels! The area is magnificent and Dedi is so passionate about showing you around. Sunset in the rice fields is unbelievable. The room is just perfect and the bed is hotel quality. Breakfast is sooo fresh and delicious. 10/10 would recommend, please visit this magical place
