DON’T GO WITH SEMAYA ONE EVER
We had tickets from Gili T to Nusa Lembongan.
The boat departed 15 minutes before the actual departure time, leaving us on the jetty. We had to pay IRS100.000 for another boat to go to Lombok so we could reach the actual boat that we should have taken from the very begining.
The company was absolutely useless, they did not want to take responsability for their mistake (departing without SIX people that had tickets with them and that were on time), they didn’t cover the expenses of the other boat saying that it was the “solution” and there was no boss at all that could speak with us seriously.
