Bad experience. Never book room there.ac was not working properly, no gas for cooking available, sound was coming from machinery somewhere above the room. Reception remains empty most of the time. No restaurant or kitchen for guest to order. Gates remain open in the night, so safety could be an issue.

Also, do ask locker number to put ur cash into it, n change it. We had a feeling that our cash was missing. The room service team has access to ur rooms so beware with ur stuff.

Was so good, we checked out early! The highlight was undoubtedly the manager's charming phone etiquette—nothing says hospitality like being yelled at and promptly hung up on when you dare to ask a question.

Their commitment to ignoring cleaning requests was impressive, leaving the pool empty for weeks, showcasing a dedication to maintaining a true level of customer satisfaction.

But the pièce de résistance was being reminded of the unbreakable contract I apparently signed in blood. Both toilets not working? Oh well, you signed a contract! Pool resembling a science experiment? Tough luck, contract signed! It's a magical place where your problems disappear, just like their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Saya di charge RP 300 rb krna ada noda di bed. Pdhl harga kamar hanya 200 rban per malam. Sy cek harga vakum d bali hanya sktrn 120-160 rb. Sy sdh blg tetapi tetap di mintakan uang. Dr sisi kamarnya jelek, kurang terawat. Tv tidak bisa menyala, kamar reot. Ada kompor gas tapi di mintakan extra utk nyiapin barang2 masak. Nah trs buat apa ada kompr gas? Wkwkwk. Gini amat nyari duitnya pantesan saya book h-1 masih byk kmr kosng. Ternyata begini pelayananan dan fasilitasnya. Sangat tidak di rekomendasikan

Kamarnya tidak worthit ac panas berasa nginep di kost2an gak pake ac.staf ga ramah sama sekali di tambah jaringan wifi ga kencengg. Kamar pengap sama gelap ahh kapok sekali nginap disini ga lagi2 dah wkwk sarapannya ga enak. Untung ga upgarde kamar

Kamarnya tidak layak, dinding berjamur, kamar mandi bau. Semua perabotan barang lama. Staf tidak ramah, even greetings.wajah kaku semua. Gak akan balik lagi kesini. Satu lagi penginapannya masuk gang dan dekat jalan raya kecil dan macet.

Ini sih di luar expektasi bangeeeeet, liat ratingnya nya jelek tpi pas dateeeng buaguuuss bangeeet, rencana si mau perpanjang tpi gak bisa karna kamar udah ada yg book akhirnya pindah tpi next bisalah stay sini lagi klo liburan

Don’t be fooled by their good looking photos. This probably the worst hotel in Seminyak area PERIOD. Not just old but dirty and looks like no maintenance whatsoever on their ceilings, walls, toilet and kitchen. When I ask for a refund (since day-1 I don’t want to initially stay at the place) but they won’t give me back even a single penny. Gotta put this hotel on your blacklist guys.

Room and amenities is very old and not very well maintained. The villa doesnt provide international charger facility. The room totally has a dusty smell. The villa doors doesnt have proper locks. The private pool water is also very bad. Breakfast menu is minimal and they provide same food everyday. They dont provide lunch or dinner.

Jangan terkecoh dengan iklan di aplikasi yg menawarkan promo hotel. Tv siaran penuh semut, tempat tidur bunyi krengket2 brisik, suara mesin ac juga cukup bising, kamar sempit. Tmpat parkir minim. Pelayanan juga agak kurang. Semoga managemen bisa memperbaiki semua layanan.

Tempat akses masuk susah karena ada trotoar yang tinggi sampai² mobil saya ban nya nggandul dan bahaya belakang ada mobil. Kamar tidak terawat.karyawan cara penyampaian nya kurang ramah

The worst hotel you could find in Bali is this place. Dirty smelling bedding, crusted shower, dirty yellow water from the tap, no lights, no phone in the room when we went there. Requested for a room change and they denied. We lost our money. The manager was not available and she was very rude when we informed all these issues. Never going back there. If there was a negative star rating, this hotel deserves it. #worst hotel in Bali

Good location and close to market.
Got the room in the first floor and it was oke, just the bed creaked everytime you moved.
And it would be better if they had many choices for breakfast, not only fried rice I stayed for 3 nights and got fried rice as breakfast every morning.

Pengalaman stay terburuk di.di charge 670 ribu cuma buat pisau roti sama cangkir kopi dan aqua galon dimana kita sudah pernah membayar galon yang pecah terus pas check out di tagihkan lagi untuk cangkir kopi dan pisau roti harga nya cuma 30 ribu kalo charge 100 ribu masih oke ini 670 ribu. AC nya sering ngga nyala, kamar mandi nya bau tamu yang di salahin.

I've been several months to stay here and suddenly they asked me to move out and only give me 3 days to pack my things and looking for another place. Bad staff, dirty room, and water's smell very bad

Smell of Mold all over the room, old furnitures and even the bed sheets were smelling like mold and old. Staff should be happy to have a job during a pandemic situation like right now, but instead it seems like they don't wanna work at all. Sometimes they should smile to customers. Worst experience ever.

Need renovation, mouldy room and bad staff behaviour. They should be happy to have guests during this pandemic and not the opposite.

Wow, enak tempatnya dekat sama tempat kuliner. Ayo nanti klo sudah selesai ppkm dan herd immunity kita sudah terbentuk. Wisata ke Bali dan Nginap disini.
