Unlike my experience with Delta in other cities, Delta (DS) reeks of fraud, especially with the Guest Relations Officer (GRO) who also doubles as the LC, they explained the product in a less transparent way and even tended to cheat.

I was charged extra for the service which I'm sure didn't exist.
What's disappointing is that when I asked for a bill an 'additional bill' was added manually using handwriting on the printed bill that was given and it wasn't printed. Is there a game between the cashier and the cashier?

The GRO is also a "hard sell" to us guests so we feel uncomfortable. This was my worst Delta experience and I'm giving up.

It's a good place for Man. Bit extra money, as long it is fine, still okay. Girls are pretty is here

Really excellent experience. Had a much needed sauna and soak followed by an excellent massage by Diana. Masuklah untuk pengalaman yang luar biasa. Definitely 5 stars!

Terapis terlalu di paksakan melayani hingga 5 tamu dalam sehari, sehingga tidak maksimal dalam melayani tamu berikut nya

Harga relatif mahal dengan pelayanan yg sangat biasa saja

Tarif 1.150k yg info nya ada bathup ternyata hanya ada seperti pemandian jenazah, dan handuk di matrasnya masih sedikit lembab

Tempatnya mewa bagus, tapi pelayan dan servis buat driver sangat mengecewakan, jadi buat driver kalo ada tamu mending cari tempat lain, masih banyak yg lebih bagus dan bagus juga buat driver, harga spa juga mahal di situ.kecuali tamu yg minta ke situ ga apa apa tapi kalo recommend mending jangan.makasih.

This spa is offering many style of massage start from traditional massage, hot stone, etc. The manager is very friendly and talkative. They also offer you free buffet after massage service. The spa therapist is highly attractive, friendly, and skillfull. Do not forget to give extra tip and the therapist will give you everything.

Berbeda dengan cabang Delta lain, di sini jauh lebih mahal.
Alasannya kota pariwisata.
