We are happy with the service of Bu Jeannie. Had our trip to Labuan bajo for the phinisi boat tour and trip from bali to lombok by speed boat (hotel to hotel) arranged by her. She made sure that we got picked up on time by the driver (she even called the driver herself) and she also checked in on us during our trips. Would definitely recommend her service

Seriously, i will give them 7 stars of 5! I never really trust tour agent before, but this agent change my mind! Before decide to go with them, I check many other agents, and found that their customer service is the best. She is super helpful and soo friendly.

While looking for a travel partner to book a trip to Komodo Island, I was lucky to interact with Ms Jeannie from DeHeaven Tours. She understood my requirement well as I was traveling with my daughter and husband she presented the best options for staying on a Liveboard with an itinerary that covers all important spots.

Jeannie recommend the best plan and booked us on Sea Familia Liveboard. She took care to note our dietary restrictions and preferences. She is very diligent, meticulous and has excellent PR skills.

I took a weekend tour with a couple friends, on the live aboard pinisi ship (the Singkolo) through the Komodo Islands. Such a wonderful experience. The guides were informative, the photos are spectacular and the food was so flavorfully authentic.

We have such incredible memories captured from the peeks of Padar and Kelor, the nightly flying fox migration at sunset, Pink Beach (yes, it is actually pink from the ground red coral and other sea life which make up this aesthetic), snorkeling off Kanawa Island (which by far was my favorite view of the sea life, rather crowded with people.but a great reef for viewing all the fishes), swimming with the Manta Rays at Manta Point, and of course who could forget Komodo Island itself where we did indeed meet the dragons, and so much more.

Got to see Komodo Dragons, Manta Rays, Flying Foxes, Turtles.even accidently lined a shark while fishing (traditional style) off the side of the ship with the crew. Haha!

Almost can't believe they managed to fit it all into a single weekend.

Pelayanan yg prima mulai dari tanya tanya doang seputar trip ke labuan bajo dan akhirnya memutuskan utk ambil paket 3D2N utk 5 orang. Ini pertamakalinya saya pakai travel utk mengurus liburan kami dan alhamdulillah gak bikin nyesel.
Fasilitas dimulai penjemputan dari hotel menuju kapal, sampai kapal masyaallah kapalnya bagus banget, rapi, bersih dan kru kapal yang friendly, ditemani giude yang siap sedia.
Awalnya kami memesan paket sharing, alhamdulillah rezeki buat kami karna ternyata tidak ada tamu lain di kapal selain kami jadi berasa Sultan nyewa kapal privat buat kami sekeluarga. Kapasitas kapal utk 12 orang tamu 8 kru dan 1 guide.
Kapal terdiri dari 4 kamar yg semua kamar mandi di dalam, lengkap dgn AC.
Jangan takut kelaparan ya karna kami mendapatkan jatah makan utk perjalanan ini 7 kali diselingi dengan camilan dan jus jus yg segar. Masakan yg disediakan juga bervariasi.
Fasilitas lengkap ada ruang makan ber TV, karaoke, dapur, ruang santai di dek.
Kalo lagi gabut bisa juga memancing di dek belakang bersama kru, kalo beruntung bisa dapet ikan ikan segar. Utk fasilitas ke pulau disediakan kapal boot, kano dan bebek karet. Bebek ini menurut sy menjadi ciri khas dari kapal ini karna sy liat di kapal lain tidak ada, jadi dari jauh kami akan hapal mana kapal kami.
Tour guide nya juga cekatan membantu kami terutama dari segi dokumentasi, jadi jgn khawatir dokumentasi aman walau kita tdk sempat memegang hp.

Sam is a great guide! Very friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond for you to have a wonderful experience around Bali. He offers a range of set tours but is also happy to go with whatever you want to do. I can't recommend him enough.
