Daphila Cottage

Lovely staff! We felt like they were genuinely interested in helping us and providing the best service. I highly recommend staying here.

Very beautiful view of Mount Agung. The infinity pool is splendid. The spacious room.
On the other hand, very poorly located (25 minutes on foot to get to the warung on the beach)

Hospitality at its highest! I went here for 2N3D experience and here is my review. I have only good things to say -
1) They offered us free pickup and drop from Sanur Port to the hotel (brilliant hospitality)
2) Free breakfast every morning, you have options to choose from and they make vegetarian dishes as well. We gave customized orders and they made everything without whining
3) Upon reaching there we realize we don't have Cash so they allow us time to pay on last day before checkout
4) We booked a private charter car through them and our driver was Nyoman, I think he was one of the best people I met on my Bali trip
5) You can negotiate the price for the private car, driver came with us to all sightseeing places, clicked photos, climbed on trees for our photos, amazing human being, lend us more cash from his pocket than what we were going to pay him for that day because we were unprepared and didn't know so many places they take only cash on the island. We did west tour of the island.
6) We decide to go to Purple Dive for Scuba Dive which is 5 minutes away from Daphila and they pick up and drop there for free (brilliant hospitality)
7) One night we stayed in a room where door was broken, they fixed it immediately but woke up because of Gecko Lizard sound at 3am
8) Next day they move us to different room with same view before we arrived from our sightseeing tour
9) All our belongings were safe when we were not there. Not a single thing was misplaced. (and I can see this about all over bali, it is quite safe unless you got bad luck)
10) They gave their chargers for android and iPhone if you don't have a converter and have a US/UK adapter
11) The infinity pool is shared but clean, the sunset is beautiful, the views are mesmerizing. The infinity pool, the ocean and in the distance you can see the mountains.
12) One night, power went off in the entire island and this is quite uncommon and we were scared. Luckily, we were near the hotel so they light some candles and let us sit in the common space and let us eat our dinner which we got from outside. However, it is very uncommon for that to happen so they don't have generators. But power came back after 20-30 minutes so no complains, we enjoyed a beautiful candle -light dinner.
13) The staff was very cooperative, humble, kind, amazing human beings! They all should be tipped well and promoted:)

If you are thinking twice, don't. It is worth every single penny. I highly recommend experiencing Indonesian Hospitality & beautiful views at Daphila Cottage at Nusa Penida! I wish I had stayed more, the island can grow on you:)

Very nice staff. Very accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious too. Scooter rental and other activities can be booked on site at fair prices. Big thanks to the team.

What an incredible stay! The rooms were clean and cozy, the pool and view amazing, and they helped organize our manta ray snorkelling experience ~ definitely recommend

Beautiful view with lovely staff. Complimentary water (two bottles a day) and coffee. We had yummy banana pancakes every morning watching the sunrise. Would recommend

No complimentary water or coffee in the room. Impossible to watch tv as they put it on the side wall.
Breakfast wasn't good. And the room was so noisy. This hotel is next to the main road. You will hear cars and motorbikes the whole day. So many better and cheaper option in nusa penida.

Exceptional Easter experience. Extremely polite and happy stuff. Excelleng customer service. We really enjoy the all inclusive benefits. Excellent food and drinks. The room was quite and luxury. Very welcome stuff.

Villa Daphila cottage, saya sangat terkesan dan panorama yg menakjubkan dari villa kita bisa liat laut dan gunung agung yang begitu megah, saya menginap dari tgl 15 januari 2022 sampai 17 januari 2022, kamar tidurnya rapi dan kamar mandinya tertata bersih dan harum, bangunan villanya klasik dan unik dari yang lain, juga pelayanannya ramah, sangat betah tinggal dan bahagia karna aura villanya positif, terimakasih dan sekian dari saya.

Amazing stay!
We had an incredible time in Nusa Penida and could not imagine a better place to stay! The staff are lovely, the food is excellent, the views are incredible, and the rooms are even more beautiful than photos show! The location was ideal for us as it is a crossing area between the east and west of the island. I imagine it would be fine for anyone, but if your planning to do both sides it is a particularly interesting location.

Ya pagi maupun sore bisa jalan jalan sekitar sambil menikmati hidup dengan pemandangan laut dan kicauan burung yang bersahutan menurut saya itu lebih baik

This place is AMAZING It's like love at first sight and the view is breathtaking really worth the money. You might need a motorbike if you want to explore the place. Cause this is quite far from the street and might be difficult cause the road is steep. Lots of cute cafés and resto along the road.

The Staff were very helpful and the accommodation was amazing! Perfect location and beautiful rooms. Will definitely be staying again:)

Its a lovely cottage up in the hill. Friendly service. And pool is very nice. Not a cheapest place to stay.but overall is nice
