Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort

Our family of three arrived very late at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort after flying from San Francisco via Singapore to Denpasar. We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and they quickly checked us in. We stayed one night and checked in at The Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens for the rest of our stay. It happens that our room was upgraded which was really nice, to a room with a view of the pool in the outside courtyard. After arriving at our room, we received a coconut with coconut water and the hotel logo burned on it. It was a such a nice touch!

Our room was extremely comfortable, very clean and we we slept so well in their comfy beds. We enjoyed the gorgeous rain forest like pool and there were various depths for all ages. The property connects to the Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens and their pool and lazy river can be enjoyed as well. The only downside was that while we were there, both pools closed at 7: 00pm each night. We had amazing massages at the C Spa which were so relaxing and they were just what we needed after the very long flight.

The MoMo Cafè is located at the Courtyard and has indoor/outdoor seating by the pool area. We took advantage of Happy Hour nearly every day at either resort. We also ate at the Dapur Santai Pool Bar and Grill at the Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens and had an nice meal.

We took the shuttle bus to the Beach Club which is 10 minutes away from the resort. There are lounge chairs with umbrellas to utilize. You are given a beach towel and have access to private restrooms and outdoor showers. There is a lovely bar area and lunch can be ordered. There are also restaurants on the beach within walking distance. We went to Kekeb Restaurant, Balinese Food Nusa Dua and sat right on the beach for a delicious lunch. You can also walk to two peninsulas - Peninsula Islands with Waterblow and Pura Nusa Dharma Nusa Dua - for some interesting sights. The beach and water are beautiful but it is a shame that there can be some garbage on the beach and also, at times, floating in the water. When you are ready to leave the Beach Club for the resort, notify someone who works there and they will call the resort. Be sure to check to schedule at the front desk.

There is also a separate shuttle to the Bali Collection which is a shopping mall located near the Beach Club. Just call the front desk for a spot on the shuttle.

The staff at the Courtyard was so helpful and friendly! We had a problem with our credit card during our stay and Yuliana was most kind to help us with it. Unfortunately the issue was resolved with us canceling our credit card.

We would definitely recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort and hope to return there again someday!

The hotel was nice and the service was good. Little bit oldish but everything was very clean and well maintained. What we really enjoyed was the joga and meditation classes which was held by a part-time staff member called Ardana. He really made our stay at this hotel special and we really hope that the hotel would offer him a full-time job there, because he’s joga classes where amazing and I recommend to go on those classes if you are staying at this hotel.

Breakfast nya enak dan banyak pilihanya.
Hotel nya luas jadi untuk dr lobby atau parkiran ke kamar harus jalan lumayan. Tergantung lokasi kamarnya juga sih.
Playground nya ada indoor dan outdoor, approve kebersihanya dan kenyamanan untuk anak anak.
Ada shuttle bua setiap jam ke pantai.
Yang paling bikin nyaman menurut saya pool nya dan balcon di kamar.

Yang perlu di tingkatkan keramahan pegawai nya, but so far good!

Mbak security depan lobby usir driver gojek dari lobby, alasan gak jelas, padahal saya mau ambik paket saya dari mas gojek nya dah berat, Segitu rendah nya kah derajat mas2 gojek tidak di izikan antar barang saya ke lobby

The maintenance is excellent and very reassuring.
Before the car enters the park, the security will first check and scan the car to see if there are any dangerous objects. Then, 100 meters before entering the lobby, the car will go through an X-ray inspection comparable to airport-level standards.
The swimming pool is large and beautiful, and there is a pool bar and music at night.very romantic
The room was very clean and comfortable
Friendly service staff
Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices and great taste
The beach has opening hours and will be picked up and dropped off by a butler.
Overall, I feel safe staying here and can enjoy myself

We were family of 5,3 nights at end of our bali trip.this place was perfect really. Breakfasts were brilliant and staff friendly and helpful. Great pool.no complaints, thanks team

It'a a great room. The vibe at the entrance are really cosy. Love the school of fish design. They are a lot of food shop there and nearby to go to Kuta beach

Lovely place in nusa dua. Very friendly n helpful staff. Fabulous n tasty breakfast with a lot of variety. Quite place for relaxation.

Stunning proppery with wonderful staff. Rooms are comfy and well equipped. We stayed in a pool view room which had a nice balcony.

Excellent for a family getaway. Easily accessed from airport, friendly staff. Good pools and lazy river. Delicious Mac & cheese on the room service menu.

Dulu kesini tu gara-gara ada event BKKBN seluruh dunia.jadi saya kerja jadi daily worker sebagai hospitality desk jadi ditempatin di hotel-hotel biar jadi tempat informasi gitu buat partisipant nya.nah pas di hotel ini participant yang saya handle itu dari india, cina, korea, pakistan, amerika.hotel ini bener-bener bagus deh.saya walaupun bukan karyawan dari hotel ini saya diperlakukan dengan baik, GM dan managernya pun ramah dan karyawan-karyawan lain juga ramah dan bantuin saya.apalagi FO nya bantuin saya banget biar saya tau mana participant yg udah check in.thankyou so much courtyard marriot nusa dua

We booked three rooms for three nights, two of the rooms pillows smell bad. When we call the night duty manager, her attitude is in unprofessional and not very helpful. Buffet Breakfast below most the three Star hotel in Bali. I don't recommend, unless you are happy with three stars standard.

The hotel is great. When we first came in we were served with vallet parking and traditional balinese custome whom put flower in our ear. The hospitality was awesome, they asked what we needed and if we need something. The pool is big, I felt private when it is in public.

I just check out today. Housekeeping great service mind. Counter staff so so, i lost my jacket cardigan in the private meeting room, during there is staff arrange chair. Until now No feedback, No follow up. Losing trust

Luar biasa hotelnya, kelas internasional Ndak sempat menginap, namun sempat merasakan masakannya lumayan enak, dan karyawannya ramah dan baik

Walaupun hanya stay 1 malam, tapi merupakan pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan.

Kamar yang luas, tempat tidur yang sangat nyaman, sarapan yang nikmat.

Mereka juga memikiki kolam arus, yang akan menbawa anda berkeliling kolam sambil bersantai.

Very nice staff, I think need more air ventilation in lobby area because it feel hot and damp, and could be better if there are sauna and jacuzzi pool in spa.
