Great place to do the nails (pedicure and manicure), friendly staff, super confortable place! Normal and gel also!

Perfect manicure & pedicure. They use Shellac & OPI brands - really professional and sweet staff. Beautiful, quirky and comfortable salon. They also have a juice & coffee bar - which is a lovely touch.

Really poor service and inexperienced
Their service was not gentle and rough so flesh around my nail was bleeding.even they didn't apologize to me.really terrible service.
My worst experience ever.before coming here, My day was so great. I feel so sad and bad now

One of my fav salon here in Bali. It’s very difficult to find good gel mani. But girls are very professional here. 50% discount every Friday! The girl name starting with “T” Do a nice nail design (my favs is Ayu and “T” what a shame I am bad with names) ️ thank you

Love this place and love the girl who always paint my nail she so nice and polite kind have a big smile do the good job but one the casier is not realy nice no smile grumpy looking

Best manicure-pedicure Their staff is professional, attentive to details and helpful. They upsell without being too pushy. The interior designer did a great job and there is plenty of space to park in front of the shop

Nice ambiance but poor service. My manicurist seemed inexperienced and over filed the surface of my nails to the point of making them paper thin and extremely sensitive to touch. Within minutes after my manicure one nail ripped vertically and two others I have to wear bandages over because of the sensitivity.

Removed my old shellack, got a lovely manicure and a fresh new shellack color for 350 000 IDR. Way cheaper than back home! Super happy about the result! A lovely japanese girl name Amel did my nails, she were so gently and took her time to go in with a little wooden stick to make it look extra crisp!
Lots of colors to choose from, very clean (they cleaned the tools infront of me) and beautiful interior!

Seen some people writing that they accidentally got their cuticles cut which I was a bit worried about but Amel did a great job!

Would deffinately get my nails done here again!

The service is very nice. The staffs are so friendly. The result is so satisfying! A very recommended place to have your nails time!

Nice inside but they are very expensive for the quality of work provided. $50 USD for gel manicure and pedicure more than I pay in the states. With limited gel colors. Left feeling scammed

It's probably too late now, I was gonna let it go but turns out I can't. Had my nails done 2x already at Colors and the staffs did really good job and were very friendly, they deserved a five-star. Unfortunately, third time I went to Colors was to remove the gel nail polish and get a manicure treatment, November 3rd 2017. I knew their Friday 50% discount promotion starts at 12pm, so I intentionally went around 10.30am so that it's not crowded plus I don't really need the discount because manicure treatment only costs around 100k. They assigned a girl named Komang to do it. She barely talked (which is totally okay for me), worked really fast on filing my nails. She also cut my cuticles really fast. I ended up going home with blood on 1 finger, and 2 other fingers get painful whenever my hand was in contact with water. She's also refused to put on vitamin for a last touch (her colleague commanded her to do it), with the reason being she needs to eat lunch before the 12pm Happy Hour starts. I found out that's also the reason why she's trying to do my nails really really fast. Her colleague ended up taking over just to put the vitamin on my fingers, and then we're done. Komang was gone already, to eat her lunch.
Anyways, hopefully Colors is reminded that a customer should not be treated like that. I've always spent money on their business anyway, even though that day I only came for not-so-expensive treatment, if that's even a consideration. Or, maybe they need to allocate some time for the staffs to have lunch even during Happy Hour day. Thank you for the attention.

Very nice place to get your nail done beautifully. And especially they have an organic nail polish which I love it so much. Go check it out girls.it's really worth it
