I recently went on vacation in Bali and stayed at Pecatu Residence Bali. For me, it was an ideal location, very close to the beaches. Great value for me as on a budget Holiday and I really good Holidays.   Thank you for making my stay a happy one!

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. There were MUSHROOMS growing in the bathroom. Not mold, actual 5-7cm tall mushrooms growing in clusters. Also I lost my earbuds there. I had GPS tracking on them, but the manager denied having found them. I could write more but I don’t even wanna give this place more thought. STAY AWAY!

Booked on Agoda, for 150k night, show up and they want more than double 350k a night! Read the other reviews! Was told I can cancel if I don't want to pay the extra money, so said cancel it. Then they said they cancelled it but it went through on my credit card and was marked as a no show on Agoda so now trying to get my money refunded. They just laughed and said yeah we don't care, we get bad reviews and people yell at us. Who cares? ! This is how they choose to run a hotel! Crazy!

Udah pesan pegi2 dari jauh2 hari dibiliang kamar full book padahal ada tamu lain yang nginep pada hari yang sama. Jangan kesini buat warga indo.

Unsafe. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both ceilings fell down. One had water coming out of the light. They even ran out of water while in the middle of a shower and was told to wait
The manager is rude and arrogant and will hide and refuse to talk to you and treats her Staff very poorly, and cant speak English
Staff go into you room without permission. Even take your belongings
Staff are rude and the food in there cafe is disgusting
Very hard to get car or bike parking because they park their hire cars in the way and do not care about their customers at all

We had booking for 3 nights 30.01-02.1.23 in the hotel and when we arrived we ve been told that they tried to contact us, which is not true nobody answer and they give our room to someone else. We spoke to the manager, which was very rude and un polite lady who kept on saying” you do not have booking, its not our problem”. Never experience such a conversation with person, who work in hospitality. However, as we should have to book anywhere else and did not have choice we saw in agoda there is room available in the same hotel for 2 nights so we booked it. The receptionist first could not find the booking reference, then found it and said by giving us the key” here is the room, but it is dirty” OMG: i said: clean it pls.we pay for that. We spoke in english with someone on the phone who said will canceled the whole reservation. Horrible dirty place. Cuz we could not stay more than several hours in this misery. Room awful- no window, smell bad, bathroom dirty, bedsheets not change, no cover just smelly used blanket and so on. And for that we payed not 150 000 rupie as it s the real price, they asked 500 000 for one night… It was last moment booking we had no choice to rebook somewhere else for the current night. Nothing in common with pics in Agoda.

So unprofessional manager, we've been book the hotel and already pay for long time like 25 days before the stay. But they said they got over booked right after we were arrive at the hotel and the said to refund the money, and they increase the the price on the chek in time and they said it's gonna be more that 1 million per night, like I rather book a resort than stay at this try hard to get kind of hotel, the money is not the problem for me, but the unprofessional management is the most disgusting thing happen here, we end up stay at the greatest place anyway, better be careful all and have a nice trip?
