Clubhouse Steak Grill & Sports Bar in Sanur

I was there for dinner. Price is 250k. I think its a bike bars. Love the steak and potatoes so tasty

I really like the set up. Drink prices were great. I would go there again but would be aprehensive to eat there. I ordered the " NEW" seafood chower. According to the menu, loaded with fish prawns crabs and mussels. I received about one cup of soup, it had 2 small prawns, 2 pieces of crabstick and 20 peas. Not sure where the fish and the mussels were.

The steaks were great.

But.we were greeted at the entrance by 2 very excited dogs. Whilst that’s ok for me, my girlfriend is Indonesian and like most Indonesians is afraid of dogs. The staff did nothing. Just looked on. Perhaps grab them by the collars and take them away?

The staff were not well trained. When not actually doing anything they just sat around. First waitress didn’t know if any sauce came with the steak. She asked a second one who also didn’t know. Who then asked a third one who finally told us what sauce options they have.

The worst part was then when the owner had a HUGE verbal explosion at one of his kitchen staff. This was actually very scary. I didn’t know if he was going to grab a knife and go on a rampage or what he would do. Lots of yelling by him with a tirade of expletives. Then he sat down at a table with his mates and continued to say “f@&k” every 4th word at a loud volume.

As nice as the steak was.we won’t be back.

Right in the heart of Sanur, Bali. Some of the very best beef in all of Bali carved up by "Trucker Dave" and his crew. The "Black Betty" is almost too big to finish in one sitting.

Great steak meal but not friendly. Boring, tragic home videos on a loop the only ent. Terrible service from disinterested staff (? Girlfriends) Felt like we were intruding. Very unlike Sanur. I’d give it a miss.
