Cicada Luxury Town House is a hidden gem in Seminyak! The impeccable service and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the rooms were nothing short of stunning. We can't wait to return!

Cicada Villas are fabulous! The staff could not have been more polite and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed, clean and serviced daily. Location is perfect walking distance to Mrs Sippy, Ku De Ta, Potato Head and Mexicola. Breakfast in the villa is excellent as is the room service menu. Can’t recommend more highly! The best part is the staff, they really make the effort but not with the security on september 18 2023, at 9 AM, when I asked which way to the beach, the security guard was busy with his cellphone, then he tell me without any smile and with rude attitude.such a poor security services

10 points for location, rooms, swimming pool, kitchen, open-air bathroom, you can soak in the tub and watch the stars. Close to the center but quite peaceful and fresh. The hotel has 1 large swimming pool and 1 private pool in a 6-person villa. With breakfast served in the room. Pick up and drop off from the airport and transport guests to the center, very convenient for sightseeing. And close to the beach, walk about 5 minutes to the beach. However, if there are large waves in the sea, if there are children, you must watch them carefully. When we left, we were also given bracelets. Overall, very good, very satisfied.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location can't be beat - an easy walk to both the beach and town. The on-site team was extremely service oriented and made sure I felt completely at ease.

The reservation through Ria went smoothly and quickly, without any problems. The houses were clean and equipped with everything you need. From the first contact when booking to the warm welcome to the reliable cleaning service, everything worked out great.

I would highly recommend this accommodation and I look forward to staying again soon!

We stayed at Cicada Townhouse last for 7 nights. Good and bad:

Bad:
- our toddler got splinters from the old wooden beams around the pool.
- motorised loud gardening takes place very early (pre 8am)
- no handrail on stairs and very slippery due to tiles (husband and toddler slipped!)
- sewer near pool smells horrendous, there must be something they can do? In the hot sun it’s very bad smell
- pool not very clean at all, they need a proper cleaner for the pool, lots of “bits” floating and my toddler got algae under her nails from the sides
- no decent pans for cooking, we had a milk pan that was it! I felt very bad asking for something useable like I was putting the staff out by needing to cook. They did find us one pan but we needed much more for a family of 5.
- cooker didn’t work properly, kept turning off
- shuttle only runs from midday so if you want to do anything in the morning you’ll
need to walk down a road without a footpath (not great of you have kids!).

Good:
- staff are all excellent and very friendly
- staff wonderful with our toddler
- daily cleaning very good, turndown service appreciated
- bed very comfortable including baby crib
- breakfast in the villa is very convenient and plentiful.
- water cooler and bottled water provided daily
- location good, quiet but also very close to beach, beach clubs and shops
- airport was good, but why not do two ways? !?
- birthday cake given for sister’s birthday which was very sweet

OVERALL
I think it’s value for money and I’d stay here again just small things needed to make it a 5 star experience.

A girls trip to Bali, we stayed 6 nights at Cecada. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. They always went that ‘extra mile’ to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I would stay here again and I highly recommend anyone visiting Bali in staying here.

No 10 stars? Recommended if you don't like obvious hotels and resorts, don't like places where there are a lot of Koreans or Chinese, and want to spend a quiet and happy time. It's a bit far from the center of Seminyak, but it's rather nice. It's not too far to walk, and they take you from the accommodation (In Seminyak) To be honest, I booked the smallest room at first, and it didn't feel like a room, so I was disappointed, but the more I stayed, the better it was. Soundproofing, bugs, and accommodation conditions are all good, the air conditioner is cool, the refrigerator is large, there is a separate freezer, and there is a water purifier! I really liked it. My skin turned over in the middle, so it was very difficult, but I was able to endure it by washing my face with water from a water purifier. Also, they change 3 bottled water in the bathroom every day, and even if you leave the room for a while, they clean and tidy up everything in between, and put mosquito repellent at the entrance of the room. I saw a salamander outside the room and I didn't see a single insect the entire time I was there. The bathroom is spacious and the bathtub is also spacious and nice. Instead, the water pressure in the shower in the room I stayed in was a bit weak. The pool is wide and deep, and there are rooms with separate pools, which look really good. I want to stay there next time. All the staff are kind, I chose breakfast and ate it, but it was a lot, so I ordered one and shared it later. The breakfast is delicious, and if you say you're going out at dawn, they'll pack a lunch for you. He said he would give me a ride, and since I was sweating, he told me to take a shower, so he took a shower (in an empty room) and took me to the airport for free. And laundry service is also available, but it's cheaper than Padma Ubud.
If I go to Bali again, I would like to book a good room here. It is highly recommended for honeymooners or as a family accommodation.
Instead, if you have young children, the floor is rocky, so I think it's dangerous. Recommended unless you have very young children!

Super staff! Everything worked great. Beautiful hotel. Nice and calm location with great restaurants and the beach at walking distance. The rooms have 10l water dispenser, which are such a simple but great extra. Recommend this hotel, especially for bigger groups!

Located at the heart of Seminyak, this place has gorgeous, clean and spacious rooms. The food they served was beyond expectation. Fabulous in room breakfast, mouth watering burgers and the local cuisine was amazing too. The price was worth it. I would choose this place everytime I visit Bali

This is extremely splendid stay. The experience, pool, views are all exceptional! They are good at paying attention to details, the goose-feathered pillows are very comfortable; also, amenities are fully refilled every day. The swimming pool is very great too, it was not too deep to allow better swimming experience. It is indeed a very great pleasure at staying in Cicada Luxury Townhouse, you'll never get enough!

SO COMFY! Stayed here for 6 nights. Very much appreciated for all the staff, breakfast, services, rooms, kitchen, bathroom.

We just enjoyed a holiday at Cicada with our children. The villa was beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They helped us with baby gates and last minute crib. Housekeeping was brilliant, even lighting mosquito repelling things each night. The shared pool was beautiful and was especially nice as it was rarely used by anyone else during our stay so nice and quiet. Having breakfast served every morning was a nice touch, however my only suggestion would be that the breakfasts options and quality could be improved upon. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay with Circada again. Highly recommend!

Tiny Town House Hotel.but i think this hotel cozy clean and the staff very fast response.not far from middle of seminyak, near potato head beach club and kudeta beach club.try it

My wife and I stayed here for 6 evenings during our trip to Bali (Seminyak) and I can not describe how well we were treated during our stay.

First, the room was beautiful, inside and out. Very clean and up to date in decor. Make sure you turn on the a/c unit in the living room as it gets very humid during the night. The private pool in our villa was fantastic as well.

The staff remembered our names the entire stay and were so accommodating when ordering breakfast. Be sure to place your breakfast order the night before or if you like what you have you can request them to keep the same breakfast all week for you. They are extremely timely when delivering your room service or breakfast.

The in room massages were wonderful, they were always on time and gave us some of the best massages ever. I did the 3 hour pampering session for my wife which included the balinisian flower bath, she loved every minute of the experience.

The location is prime, your a 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and other attractions in the Seninyak area.

The hotel made us feel very safe, vetted our drivers who came to pick us up from the hotel and ensured they knew where we were going to keep a tab on our safety which was so nice.

We cannot wait to visit again, we’d stay at Cicada again when we do!

I travel alot and i stayed in hondreds of hotels. But these guys were great. Great service, very kind and friendly. The rooms were amazing. They will do anything to let u feel good and to solve your problems.

Staff were very accommodating non intrusive and professional. Facilities are first class and on par with very expensive Australian resorts, I should know as I work in one of the best. Will absolutely stay here for our entire next trip!

Nice place and great service. Generous serving of breakfast. Location is a bit far in. View from villa not great. Can't see main pool or beach.

The Townhouse was very well appointed and just a few step from the beautiful main pool, which was never noisy and a pleasant spot for a pre-breakfast and pre-dinner dip. The breakfasts served in-room by friendly and attentive staff were very well enjoyed by our family and friends. All staff were friendly and helpful. The courtesy van into the local shopping area and beach was welcome. Cicada Townhouses are located in an excellent area, just 5 min walk from beach and about 10 min from main Seminyak shopping area. The townhouses are located down a small private road and shared by other accommodation venues. The first part of the road from the main highway is scruffy and full of litter. Some attention to this from the accommodation providers would make the walk to and from the main street a more pleasant experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing! Villa was clean and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Located just 3min walk to the main road with loads of restaurants and bars. The main shopping street is only 10min wall away.

Breakfast is served in the villa and the spread is huge! Only downside is that we have to choose the breakfast on a piece of paper everyday before 9pm.

The private pool in the villa is kinda small but there’s always a big common pool if you get bored. They even provided huge floats when we requested for it.

I would definitely stay here again when I return to Bali!
