6Usually I don't write reviews. I came in this store by accident. The grab courier brought me food, but we had a question about payment. The courier did not speak English and offered to go to Chilli Surfboards Bali Canggu so that the staff could help with translation. The staf at Chilli Surfboards Bali Canggu was not friendly in starting, but after a few minutes started very rudely yelling at me to get out using a very loud voice and very swear words. I have visited 35 countries of the world, but nowhere have I ever encountered such an attitude. It's horrible. This man ruined a wonderful experience of Bali and its friendly people. This store and the Seminyak store never open on time, both times we went we had to wait an hour or more to even have someone come. Don’t bother with rentals if you’re looking to return stuff on time. Disappointing
I don’t usually leave reviews but both Chili Canggu and Seminyak are never open on time, customers always have to wait in the morning. I need to return a board and have a flight in a few hours so this is quite inconvenient.
Just picked up board that they made for me, excellent service, epic board, never had a board that felt so light.
