Came there, said they miswrote the time and had us fooled. No solution. Just sorry and thats it. Place is surrounded by construction that you all will not prefer anyway.

Scheduled a massage for a certain time with my friend, we showed up on time and they told us that we have to wait for an hour because they wrote down the wrong time for our appointment. Didn't even make an effort to find a compromise. We could definitely not wait for an hour because we had plans afterwards. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Unfortunately the worst massage I had in Bali and at the highest price. I specifically asked for an experienced masseur beforehand and this felt completely different. The reason was that it was already late and he no longer had concentration.

We booked 90 minutes and received 75 minutes. When asked, it was said “nicely”. Of course we had to pay the full price.

I cannot recommend this place.

Just went the first time today with my boyfriend. Massages was great but I think they coordinated for male customers get male therapists as a rule- which we don’t mind but just for everyone’s information.

Mine was amazing! But unfortunately it was too noisy. Both the therapists and customers today… for the price I could’ve went to some other places that have the same price but quieter space.

Beds are insanely good and soft though! Definitely will give it another go some day. Hopefully no more coughing and yelling customers

Excellent price-value place. I had a very good balinese massage and my wife had a back massage, facial and pedicure. The massages were one of the best of many we have had in Bali. Very relaxing and clean place. Definetely recommend it!

I signed up for a manicure, they did it very badly, as if they didn’t do anything, I had to remove the varnish myself and cut off the shape.
I don’t lift the cuticle and don’t cut it as it should, although I asked the master to fix it!

I was super happy with all my treatments! Really friendly stuff and good massages, I went there every week.

One of the sloppiest gel polish service I’ve had. The polish they use is so poor that even after 4 layers it’s still a bit transparent, yet it’s so thick that if you add one more it will just look worst.

The lady pays little attention to detail - polish overflow to the sides and when I told her about it, she took a wooden stick and so aggressively pressed it into the nail. It was quite painful.

Plus they charge 75k extra to take off gel (never happened to me in canggu when you’re getting gel again) and they don’t even have the machine to take it off so it took forever. 1.5 hours for gel polish change (no manicure). Definitely won’t be coming back.

Today I experienced a one hour Balinese massage and it’s was heavenly and so relaxing.
The staff were beautiful and very welcoming.
Booking was easy via WhatsApp and I will be back again as the prices for the standard of service are very reasonable.

I had an aromatherapy massage and it was not great. The venue itself is also not nice at all. There are much better places than this

My husband and I had a back massage for 30 Minutes. We both loved it! Relaxing with a good pressure. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and friendly. We feel great now, thanks a lot!

The best massages and body treatments in Canggu. All therapists our family have had have been amazing, and so lovely. The Thai Massage was the best massage I have ever had. Highly recommend. Don't go anywhere else!

Did a 90mins deep tissue massage and it was sooo good and I fell asleep. Be sure to book an appointment with them early to avoid disappointment! We were lucky to walk in at 5pm+ to get an appointment for 645pm:)

A fantastic spa, I had the facial and foot massage, the first time I've experienced either and I've never felt so spoiled, the staff here were amazing and did a great job, highly recommended for the price point.

Not sure what the hype is, overpriced. The ladies kept talking to each other during the Balinese massage and didn't ask us about any focus areas. But it is extremely clean and hygienic with good music and unlike most massage places.

Very nice deep tissue massage - not the cheapest in the area - but always done very professionally and without a rush
