The girls here are lovely. I was pleased with my pedicure & gel polish and the job was very good. I also had a crème bath & blow dry, also very good however I had eyelash extensions and these simply did not last. After a few days they all starting falling out. I’ve never had this happen before. Unfortunately I was leaving the next day otherwise I would have gone back.

Clean and air-conditioned surroundings and an expert operator. Natural corners realized with a combination of techniques (microblading and powershading).
Approved the sketch he had made before starting to implement the final corners.
It was shown that a sterile needle is opened from a new bag and it was told what substances to use.
Finally, he explained the care instructions and gave an ointment to treat the eyebrows.
I was really satisfied with the end result.
The price on 25.12.2023 is about €140 and it took just under two hours.

I just had pedicure and manicure gel for 550k.
The staff were nice.
The manicure is ok but doesn’t look so clean after, for the pedicure they cut my toe nail too much and not straight.
I recommend you this place if you want to have your nails done but not if you want an amazing result.
I know places which are cheaper and provide better manucure

I love Bali but this is the first time I found the worst salon ever in one day:
-I made an appointment an hour before my treatment by WhatsApp. And when I arrived, the staffs were not so welcoming and they didn’t know about my appointment.
-I told them a few times that my treatments would be facial and hair spa/creambath. And then those ladies were talking in Balinese (which I understand cause I speak to my family with that language) and they said something about to convince me to choose another “easy treatment”
-Then the old lady with glasses came to the facial room and sat in front of me by saying “so you sure that you want to get facial and creambath? ”
And I said yes, what’s the problem? And she asked me again whether I want to choose something else? I said no and why do I need to change my treatments? And she said “Because we’re tired”
Seriously? Telling your customer that you’re tired? So unprofessional and rude!
-Afterwards she told the young lady that I didn’t wanna change my treatments in Balinese.
-The young lady who did my facial and creambath was so friendly or maybe a bit too friendly until she kept asking about my private life during facial time and she even asked whether I was married and having kids or not? Seriously?
-They had to clean my face after the facial and put the moisturizer on it while my hair was being washed.instead of doing that at the facial room BECAUSE most of the staffs laid down on the bed at the facial room!
-I had to wait them to get out of the facial room when I wanted to get change… literally they were laying down on the customers’ bed.

That’s all for today. Not so worth it of coming there at all. But thanks to the young lady that you still did your best even tho you were tired. But please to the owner train your staffs to be more respectful, professional and learn about boundaries.

The Best Massage In Sanur. I’ve been having massages from Ibu Nyoman for more than 10 years. She is the best and I recommend very much. Wish her success with her new spa.

Wife wanted to go a shorter hair style. Was quoted 180k, in the end cost 250k. Sneaky charge for blow drying hair. Hairdresser did not ask, nor did my wife request. Overall, still affordable. Cut and style was ok.

My wife had an appointment for 1030am on March 2. Before we arrived they sent a four page price list with all the costs. She was wanting treatment, color and haircut but upon arrival there was so much miscommunication on prices and service it got confusing. The highest treatment on the list was 500k and the highest haircut was 180k. Getting the color seemed complicated so we decided to go with just the treatment and haircut. They quoted a price of 2.5 million and I thought that seemed rather high. Since their pricelist showed 500k treatment and 180k haircut we figure around 1.5 million. So we left and stopped at four more places all were from 1.5 to 1.8 but only one could do it immediately. We had the treatment and haircut done at Osell Salon for 1.4 million. The staff was super nice and her hair came out perfect. We are definitely going to be returning customers.

Not for me but for my wife very well done, haircut, haircolourig, hairwashing with massage. All very well done. They are very good.

This is my second visit to this lovely salon. I got a haircut and highlights, which I was very happy with, including the reasonable price. The highlight was a wonderful foot massage while my hair colour was setting, along with a glass of lemonade from their in-house café. Highly recommend.

I felt really pampered when I visited Chic Beauty. Not only the lovely lady who did my hair, but all of the staff fuss over you and have chats while your having your services done. Very professional and did a fantastic job. I have had so many comments since I have come home to Australia

The ladies here are great. Very kind and patient with me, they took their time and listened to everything I wanted. I can be very picky and they never became annoyed with me. Overall a great experience. You can get coffee and food at the shop which was lovely

I went to chic today to get my hair keratin straightened which lasts 6 months. The girls were absolutely lovely I have very thick hair and very unruly hair. The girls explained all of the process they were doing and what to do for care afterwards. Everyone was so friendly and talented at what they do which would explain why they are so busy. When back at my hotel everyone commented on how nice my hair looked.
Thank you so much girls I will definitely be back next year keep up the great work.

Just had hair washed and blow dried, friendly, great head massage while washing hair, did a good job, will go back again.

It is ok. Staff are nice but they do not know how to treat curly hair. At the end of my cut and anti frizz treatment they tried to blow my curls! Any curly girl know how spongy our hair gets. They did not applied any product to hold the curls nor finger coiled my hair. Maybe for straight hair blondes would be better suited.

Note: My comment is not a complaint. That is why I gave 3 stars (neutral). The service was nice and friendly as I mentioned before and I behaved in the same manner as I was treated.

7 years ago my wife & I visited Bali and as part of that trip we came here. Now we're back again we made sure we came to Chic again. Incredible service for a great price. While my wife got her hair style and coloured I had a haircut. Since that didn't take as long, the staff were happy to keep me comfortable with a cappuccino, head & neck massage, manicure and pedicure. I felt well and truly pampered.:)

Asked for a trim. I had long hair down my back and now they cut just below my shoulders. Not happy with cut
