Good friendly staff and strong hands. However upon asking for their qualifications for massage they couldn't answer. Ahows incompetence in what they do. However service is great. My kids love it.

Best place for full body massage.
They are all very nice and they treat you as good as possible.
Of course it's not a fancy place, you only pay 65.000 Rp but it's basic and clean.
I have been there 5 times and it's always good.
You can ask for Ima, she gives the best massages ever.

What was that!? Probably the worst massage I had so far, and I had a lot.

So where to begin. First and worst of all the body massage just wasn't good, very hectic, seemed like they didn't have a clue what they are doing and were just working through the body parts one by one without any system. Even though I asked for a strong massage that wasn't really the case. But still there were some painful elements where they were just pushing on joints. Also the masseuse stopped and left the room several times during the massage to do.whatever? !
Second the place itself wasn't very nice but very noisy. The two masseuses were talking to each other and their colleagues outside the "massage cabin" during the whole time of our 60min massage. On top there was loud charts music playing (not very relaxing) mixed with traffic noise and conversations with incoming customers. The massage cabins are right next to the cashier and there is no noise cancelling element at all, just a tiny wall that not even reaches till the ceiling. Third the air condition was set too cold, at least for me. Fourth they did not use real massage oil but some strange cold cream that they just splashed onto our bodies. Fifth the massage didn't actually last one hour as promised (might have been a positive thing given the circumstances). Sixth they didn't wash your feet before the massage nor their hands before massaging head and face).

All in all a very unpleasant experience and we strongly recommend to use another massage place. We've had great experiences with Bening Spa on Jl. Batu Belig that does a great 1 hour Balinese massage for only IDR 60.000 (as of Oct. 2016).
