Chellaa Nails

Felt that the staff were still doing on-ground training and wasn’t very skilled. She hurt my nail bed a couple of times during the session by tugging a little too hard and cutting too deep into my cuticles. Nothing bled, but it was painful and uncomfortable.

Service was also very slow given that I only did normal gel polish. The polish was also not applied precisely and there were still residue on my skin (though she did try to scrap it off after but that action hurt too).

My gel polish also came off within a week. Would recommend the staff to fully complete training before working on customer’s nails.

I decided to get my next manicure here. It was a sad experience. I came 3 times a week to redo what was peeling off, as a result, my filed nails became very thin, and the manicure still peeled off after a week (considering that I went to fix it 3! More times) I spent 3 times more time, and as a result, after a week the nails are already in an unsightly condition state.

Only one nail, which was repaired for me and due to a breakdown, remains in normal condition, since another base was used for this nail. I think that they use a bad base here, so the gel does not hold.

Such lovely experience. Really lovely workers had a fantastic pedicure. Really took time and attention to detail. We had Michelle and Nola and they were incredible

Had to post a review as my gel nails done by Loreen which were done 3 1/2 weeks ago are still intact! Price was super reasonable as to what I’ll get in NZ. Super friendly team who served me & my sil drinks upon arrival. Will definitely come back if I visit Bali again

Omg Chellaa will be my go to place when I am in Bali for my nails. The girls are so super duper sweet and friendly, and the booking process also super uncomplicated.

I removed my gel nail polish, did manicure and pedicure and it was a super nice experience. The place is clean and comfortable.

Cons:
-Bad hygiene: the files and other tools (cuticle nippers etc.) weren’t sanitized or cleaned between clients; also nails and cuticles were touched without gloves
- My friend had bleeding cuticles on multiple fingers after the manicure, the gel polish could have been applied cleaner and her technician skipped steps (e.g. Wiping of nails before applying polish)

Pros:
-my technician was great (Michelle), my manicure turned out great
- Friendly staff

Stopped by on a rainy afternoon for classic manicure & pedicure (male). Very impressed with the quality and professionalism. Definitely coming back again!

The girls here are lovely and very professional. The saloon has only been open 2 months, all new equipment and chairs etc. Excellent service. Do yourself a favor and come and visit them. I bought my mother here and we both had amazing treatments for 2 hours.
Don’t got to the cheap street vendors, come and see them here. You won’t be disappointed.

Very, very good nail salon. The gilrs were super sweet, the manicure & pedicure were really good quality. Ghe atmosphere of the salon was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this enough!

Nice staff, lovely girls. But the quality of manicure not good. Color came off after 5 days. Like a sticker.

They are very friendly and it is a nice atmosphere. But the quality of the manicure was just not good. I asked them before how long the gel polish will last (it was my very first manicure so I had no idea) and they told me 2-4 weeks. I went with a friend and I already noticed during the procedure that there were differences between her and my manicure. The result was okay, some cuticles were bleeding and the lines were not very clear. But after only ONE day, the polish came off at two fingers. I went there and they painted the two fingers anew and were again super friendly. But not even five days after the manicure, the polish started coming off on multiple fingers. At least my friends polish lasted for 7 days, but that's still not what we were expecting. I am very disappointed because of the fact that they told me it would last 2-4 weeks. It might have been the brand of the polish, I don't know, but I would finally not do it again.

The staff here were extremely friendly and nice! Gave us a bunch of helpful tips on places around Bali and the facility was clean. Very reasonable price and would recommend if you’re in the Canggu or Seminyak area!
