Ordered a custom board well ahead of time for vacation (my one week to myself to surf per year) had to reach out to find out where and when I could pick it up. (No delivery to hotel like other places) Got there- no board, locked in the factory for the weekend, come back in a few days. No apology, just a blank stare lol. I guess it’s Bali, don’t expect a custom board for your surf trip to be ready on time when you get there. The boards great though, love it

Wish I had seen these other reviews before we went inside!

After an incident with the extremely rude floor staff who screamed and then threw rude looks at my 6 year old son who had accidentally dropped the water bottle he had chosen, (we were in the shop to buy 4
bottles and explained we had no issue in buying said bottle) the owner/manager informed us that the staff have to pay for any damages made by customers themselves, which therefore, explains their reactions. When pressing the owner why his staff are held accountable for damages made my customers, the altercation ended in the owner/manager telling my husband to “go back to his own country”… Stay clear of this establishment exploiting staff and racist views!

I don't recommend this store to anyone.
The sellers do their job poorly, they sold goods with two magnets, the system at the entrance did not work, and as a result, I arrived at the beach with a swimsuit that cannot be used.although I bought it for this day. It was not possible to return the goods, the store management did not consider it necessary to go to the meeting, although their employees made a gross mistake. Poor service and poorly trained staff.

Went to the Surf Uluwatu last Monday (1 May) and was greeted by the male staffs there. However, as we were asking for sizes, one of the female staff rolled her eyes toward us. We ignored her action in the first place. Then, she threw the shirt on to the counter in front of us, which was absolute rude. She treated us as if we are not going to buy anything from the shop. Didnt manage to get her name, but she should learn social skill and be more friendly. We even had to went back and asked for something that she should had given in the first place (a free item when purchased above 799k).

The valet parking guy there is the ruddest person I've met in Indonesia

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Spend your money elsewhere! No solution exists at this company

We have a large inventory of surfboards, and you can buy them cheaper than in Japan, so we recommend them.
There were no used boards, so if you want to see used boards, I think you should go to the Seminyak store.

Be aware of the pricetags…
Will scam you with when you come to the counter, with a totally different price than on the tag.

Tim and the staff over at the Padang Padang CI store are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

They go above and beyond to assist in making the right decision in adding a new board to the quiver. Super stoked with their assistance and service!

Perfect shop, prices are reasonable, staff is knowledgeable, inventory of items is huge!

You can order a custom board to here and pick it up when you arrive. They really sell everything you need for your trip and I even found myself coming in and asking advice for local spots like restaurants and laundromats from the employees because they were so kind.

10/10 recommend and will absolutely be back here and buying more stuff on my next visit.

I just wish they carried Stewart surf boards as well but maybe next time!
