Catastrophe, other passengers had to vomit and some of them screamed because the waves were so high. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Despite of all negative comments on TripAdvisor as well as Google, we had a perfect experience. We traveled from lembongan to gili T. Pickup from the hotel was a bit early, had to wait in the "station" for some time. Luggage was was colormarked and carried into the boat for us. Boat left on time. We could sit on the top during the trip and got some bears from the operators. Had a blast! There was AC and a toilet. No rough sea so that was lucky. Boat was new since a few months, so maybe that is the improvement since all the other negative reviews.

We drove from Bangsal to Lembongan with Caspla. The boat itself is okay, but smaller than the other speedboats that otherwise sail from Bangsal. Due to the high waves, the trip was a disaster and for a short time we had to allow ourselves to be driven by the waves without a motor on the open sea. The waves were so strong that they washed over the boat and you couldn't see anything and the water ran into the boat. There is nothing you can do about the waves, but we recommend a larger boat.

Normally we would give 3 stars, but one by one the staff on the boat threw their cigarette butts into the sea. It just doesn't work. Shame on the company.

Service was ok better than most, no organisation no real timings and the boat itself has no aircon.

Boat had lots of seating. No food or drinks available on board for sale. I gave it 4 stars because the boat does have a lot of gas fumes.

Not a great boat ride. No air conditioning like it said before booking, propeller fell off not even halfway through the trip, leaving us sitting in the middle of the ocean for 20 minutes trying to not sweat to death. Wont see me booking with them again any time soon.

The space between the seats are so small you can't even have a proper leg space to sit

Just like typical boat, a so-so and not special. You just have to seat to the boat and it will sail. They don't have Air conditioner for the boat (not a big deal for me), bcs honetly I loved nature's air even more but unfortunately they put too much people on one boat and it feel like you sort of breath at the end, and hottter more than a sauna.
For me, those issues are still tolerable from my side. But kindly help for the Caspla management to make a safer journey for customer by adding like life buoy or proper life jacket when the customer passing from the bridge to the boat, and don't put too much people the boat doesn't have an AC

Good and bad reviews are seem to me to operate exactly on the same level. If you get a great review, it's really thrilling for about ten minutes. If you get a bad review, it's really crushing for ten minutes. Either way, you go on. This is a good boat ever, good service, good trip, good package and many more

1hr Jet ski rental experience

2 very nice guys prepared our jets skis, they were very caring, and they had very good prices too. Jet skis seemed old but worked perfectly!

Do NOT book online. We got ripped off. We ended up paying 6x more than everyone else on the boat, and they said it was a straight ride to the island at only 30 minutes. We've been to 2 other ports so far, and it has been over an hour. Still expect to be on here for another hour. Not what is advertised.will not be using again.

FRAUDSTERS - their representatives ignored all our attempts to utilize our already-paid-for tickets so that we had to buy new tickets from another company. AVOID.

Terrible services. They're so fu*king late due to packing more passengers even though they should have departed already from Sanur port. They didn't even care when all passengers inside the boat had complained. I won't take this boat anymore in the future.

Disini ambil tour bagus banget dijemput dihotel terus naik kapal (walaupun bareng bareng karena lagi Corona sedikit yang kesana) sampai kesana dijemput driver sekaligus tourguide baik banget tourguide ya dia ngejelasin semuanya dengan jelas cuma makan siangnya aja yang kurang sedap top recommended

We had taken a tour from this company from sanur to Nusa penida. I would say I had a pleasant experience. The diver was good. Food was buffet with limited options but I didn't expect much so was ok.
