I was visiting Bali and just stumbled across a hair salon. Who knew it would turn out to be the best experience ever. I got my hair colour done from Reza. Reza was very professional and he gave me a really good deal for hair colour and treatment.
Must visit when in Bali!

OMG…. Carla spa is so amazing, friendly professional and very clean and inviting. I have experienced a full body massage, foot massage, Gel nail foot polish and a head spa also eyebrow lamination and also eye lash extensions all over a 2 week period. Just the works. No problems for them at all. I just cannot fault them. The staff are so attentive and friendly. I will be telling All my family and friends to come here and we’ve been coming to Bali for years, definitely coming back to Carla’s. Just So sad I have to go home. Do yourself a favour don’t go into the streets. Carla spa near Lippo mall is just the best.

Please do not come here for brow lamination. I asked the staff if they have done it before and they said yes. I was waiting for 30 mins while they flick through their service book to find how to do brow lamination and what it was. When I was in the room the lady did not cleanse my brows first and put brow glue on first which turned as hard as a rock. They should remove the service from their list.

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years now. It’s one of the best massage places in Kuta. If you want an amazing massage ask for Melsi or Reza! They are the nicest and welcoming people you will ever meet. I 100% recommend this place!

I've visited many massage places across Bali over the decades. Most don't stand out in any real sense, obviously staff turn over is high and some good massage staff move on. I had a pretty good experience here, it's big, clean, a little more than I'm usually happy to pay but costs for massage have increased a lot in the last few years however that's fair because they were very low before. Everyone here was nice and the oil they used didn't stay on my skin too long. If you're looking for a reasonable place to go near airport this is probably a safe bet

Carla spa Kartika Lama is the best of the best think the best, do the best, be the best! Aster, Anah, Reza, Sulastri to name the few and all other staffs under the leadership of Melsi are the best team! This place is clean, spacious, quiet and calm. All the therapist are always smiley and jovial! Keep up the best because you all know you are the best! Jumpa lagi!

Hairdresser Raza is very skilled at what he does! He was able to de-braid my thick hair, give a great relaxing massage, wash my hair and iron them very quickly with precision. He did a great job at straightening my hair. Must go here for other services as well

Wow what a bad experience! Unfriendly and unhelpful people, bad products. My daughter paid to have her hair dyed red and it came out bright pink! And they refuse to do anything about it. Avoid this place!

One of the best SPA located near to the Mall. Their hospitality was too good and i could see people coming with family with their Kids. Their price were also reasonable. If you are looking for a SPA to go with your family you can try this one

Rezer has done the most amazing job cutting, colouring and treating my hair. He has made me feel very comfortable and welcome, I highly recommend!

Went to this spa twice when we visited Bali last week. All the girls there very Friendly. My mom and I got full body massage, manicure, pedicure and facial. My recommendation is full body massage & reflexology which was damn good. I also recommend to ask for girl named Esther for body massage she was very strong for such a young lady.
