I went with my girlfriend to braid her hair, and at first, they made us wait more than 10 minutes trying to decide if they could braid or not, they hesitate a lot, when we tried to go out they tell us they can do the braids, we ask many times if they were sure they can do it and they say many times they can, it takes 4 hours to made them, at the next day most of the braids started to come off, and approximately 5 braids fell off, we came the second day to get fixed and they did, but at rhe next almost 60 percentage of the braids fell off, my gf ask for a refund because we know if they make it again they are keep felling, they said they cant do a refound, either the half of the money, i paid 110 dollars for it, and its not fair we didn't have our money back, if they know they couldn't make the job they shouldn't accept it, thats very unprofessional, and they said the braids fell of because they havent done that much braids before, but also is a injustice they made it for the fist time in my girlfriend, we came there and pay to have a good service, not for let them practice on my for the first time, if they are charging that amount of money they should be professional on their job, and know how to do it, as i already say, if they can't do a job they must say it, and not stole the money of the people like that, and make lost their time.
I never i the life recommend that place, 0 starts, dont go if you dont want to lose money

Dont go there if you dont want to lose your money and time. They are very unprofessional and give a bad service

The best spa in Ubud! They are so quick and accommodating! I wanted a late night massage after dinner and they quickly responded and had me come in for the last session of the day. Very relaxing, I almost fell asleep. You have to come here if you visit Ubud! Thank you Okvin for the best service!

Love my box braids 4 women diligently braided my hair for 2.5 hours and made an effort to do justice to the picture shown. The end result is great thank you very much!

Lovely staff, good pressure on massages. Both me and my friend really happy. O had 30 mins foot massage, 30 mins hand, and my hair braided. My friend had a pedicure. Both left feeling relaxed and enjoyed it.

I had my nails done, acrylic gel and they turned out very ugly i‘m sorry but the result was like i have done it by myself i had one nail broken and she made it so thin that i had to tell the girl to make it thicker otherwise it would break again the nails were thick and really not good looking i just had to file everything off and i paid almost 30€ also she didn’t did the procedure to every nail the same like she had to rush or didn’t want to anymore
i‘m sorry but i wouldn‘t recommand doing your nails there also they staff was talking a lot to eachother i did‘t felt relaxed or anything there.pls search for another place for nails

I came in with friends for a hair wash and blow dry. Amongst other things, we had ended up with wet clothes from the hair wash.water dripping down our faces after the wash.

Worst of all, the hairdryer used on me was so weak, I would've been there for days. After I requested for them to use a different dryer (required them obtaining one from another salon?), I had been at the salon for over an hr. So i told the lady, forget blowing it any special way, just dry it.

She half heartedly dried my hair for a few mins and asked if it was okay - it was not. I requested for further drying. She continued for another few mins and asked again. I gave up at this point and said it was fine.

Would not recommend.

I came in for a pedicure with polish and Dina was fantastic. She was so lovely and did a wonderful job.

The outside menu doesn’t reflect the prices from the actual salon. Staff are very rude and the regular mani/pedi price doesn’t include color, it’s a separate fee that is not explained at arrival.

Staff were nice but the massage was quite weak, and we asked for strong. I think they are used to westerners who complain when a massage is too forceful and hold back. Cheap, though, so can’t complain about the price. Nice and clean facilities and transparent pricing.

Worst bikini waxing I have ever had! Don't do it there! Bad wax, the lady started to pull out every single hair by herself. She gave up after 1 hour - of course Not finished. She also forgot to remove the leftover wax. Skin is totally irritated and still burns one day later - I guess in some spots she burned my skin with too hot wax. Also the manicure and pedicure my friend got is horrible. Nails were already destroyed the next day. Colour choice was horrible and cheap as well.

Wow. The level of incompetence was astounding. The staff were nice enough but they have no idea about how to do nails. They were using almost empty dried out polish. No need to say, my nails ended up lumpy and had to be redone. They then redid my nails with nail polish that peels off. Foot massage was ok. Waste of my time and money.
