It's absurd.
I stopped by this restaurant on the last day of my honeymoon package with my pregnant wife, and there was an ant in the beef stew she ordered.
So, I called the staff here and told them that an ant had come out of the soup, translated it into English and showed it to them. They thought I was asking for a refill of the side dish, so they changed the side dish and told me again in English that an ant had come out of the soup, so I asked them to call the boss, but this time they brought me another bowl.
So I looked for the owner and he was in the parking lot. I met the owner in the parking lot and explained the situation, but it seemed like communication wasn't going well because the employees were Indonesian. He said he would change the menu and said he would change it to soft tofu stew.
After a few minutes, my wife and I were shocked to find that instead of soft tofu stew, we were served beef stew.
The ants came out and I lost my appetite, but I got beef stew instead of soft tofu stew.
I was so angry that I went to see the owner again, and he was out in the parking lot again. I explained the situation, and instead of apologizing, he said that I told the employee to make soft tofu stew, but the fact that the beef stew came out was the employee's fault, not his fault. Well.
Who pays the salaries of those employees? Isn’t this given to you by the boss? If a complaint is made, the boss should take responsibility and resolve it. Why should the Indonesian employees keep going out and take responsibility?
As a fellow Korean, I was embarrassed.

The korean food is amazing and you can ajust the spice if you ask for it. The caramel machiatto wasn't for my taste (too chemical/ sweet). Toilette is clean, stuff friendly, ambiente relaxed. Would recommend! The korean food is really good and authentic! There are also some plugs were you can charge your phone.

Delicious, homecooked authentic korean food in Bali. I'd definitely recommend their fried chicken and yukgaejang. Their vegan bibimbap was pretty good, too.

This located just few meters from another Korean restaurant where we had lunch. We then came to this place for coffee/tea time. One of us ordered tea which was served quite fast but Cafe late was ready like after 30 minutes, the coffee machine wasn't ready rather has to be setup by that time. Atmosphere is ok, toilets are clean, staff Ok.

If you are in Bali and love Korean food, this is a must place to dine. Great food, value for money. Staff are very responsive and the place is cozy. Location is very accessible
