Cafe Bali

Firstly, I want you guys to know that it is an amazing colonial style deco! But i'll still give the 3 stars since it has a few room of improvements.
We ordered the Vietnamese Nem (veg), it was way tooooo oilyy and not goood at all, the presentation was like okay but tooo saltyy and have had only mushrooms inside which according to me vegan should be with a few veggies. And we've had a fried noodles which was amaaazing and taste so gooood and my husband ordered a chicken burger which was good as well according to him but way too saaaaucy, it feels like they dunked the burger in the sauce direcly and it was getting messy everywhere. You guys can definitely find much more better elsewhere if you're a foodie like us!

A great little gem hidden in amongst the pretentious and the roudiness that this area has become.

Had to ask for serviettes, twice for a drink, given wrong bill. Slow in response from staff. Could have been busy but seemed to be chatting. Apart from that the food was delicious worth giving them some chance of redemption

Other people must have gotten a better experience, because the food was cold and stale and the service was slow and almost non existent.spend your money somewhere else

I Love café bali and eat here almost 3x a day, every day when I’m in seminyak. The vibe, food and staff are all top notch

This place has been around for ages and their fruit salad is great. The only fault I can find is some staff come across as being unfriendly.

Huge menu, reasonable prices for central Seminyak.
Pad Thai was great, but portions could be slightly larger.
Wide variety of juices too.

Nice place to go in Bali. The have kitchen open from 07: 00am to 23: 30. Good service. We have been dinner 5 people, firts, seconds, desserts and a bottle of wine all for 1.500.000rp. The have a lot of differents kinds of plates: italian, burguers, asian, soups, salads, eggs, breakfast combos, fish and meats, sushi, even mexican, so everybody can find its own style. The food is good but no great. I have found the desserts very good: tarta tattin and fried Toblerone are the best! The have good French wine also. They are very fast cooking the food. I would return again.

Always feels like grandmas house! Food value really great too! Staff is friendly and food is descent.

The Satay and dardar gulung are super yummy.

Food is good and fair price.

Absolutely rude service.

They gave coconut water in glass; when i asked, i wanted coconut water in whole coconut; they pointed to the menu suggesting that i should be specific. I don’t think they expect customers to digest the entire menu in one go. When i asked, can we change, the waitress rudely said you have not seen the menu and will be a new order. We got disappointed with the way they handled a simple issue.

Food was good.

Busy streets in tourist areas are crowded with shops and restaurants. We chose Cafe Bali and did not regret it. Quiet environment, friendly service, good food for which you do not wait long Prices higher, no wonder in the tourist area. Sitting inside and outside. At first glance ordinary, at second glance very beautiful

Very nice ambience. The food was delicious. One of the best place for having dinner. Should try here. But the main problem is when looking for parking space. You better park your car in seminyak square then take a walk here around 5-7 minutes.

One of the good restaurant on main street. Nice foods and drinks. What I can suggest is please provide more Balinese food, because their name is "Bali Cafe".

Have been coming here for over 8 years. Love the place. The food is good. But tonight it was so so. The lentil orange soup was tasteless. The need tartare was quite good and the poke bowl was not so great. Overall it wasnt the best dinner. But we shall return because their other dishes and especially their desserts are to die for!

A charming cafe in an interesting (old?) building. Beautifully laid out, clean and appealing. A nice veranda where you can do some discreet people watching. Very civilised! Pro-tip: coffees can be a bit hit-or-miss, but you can't go wrong with a mineral water or a beer.

Cafe looks nice and good customer service, but I had a food poisoning here. Ordered mushroom risotto the meal been served in less then 10 minutes I was amazed, I reckon it was not fresh they just heated it up.
Spend 2 days in pain with high fever.
Unfortunately can’t not recommend as place to go.

After a big day of seeing the surrounding sites we looked for a basic quick meal and a drink. Very pleasant staff, basic menu but just what we were looking for.

My wife and I had lunch at this place and had a Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng. Quality of food relative to the price was great, the presentation was nice (see the pics below), and the service was good. The atmosphere is relaxed. They served our bill in a box with some jinseng sweet to ready us for the next trip. Would recommend this place and would consider comong back. Wife approves the five star rating also!
