Burger King Sunset Road Bali

I ordered Cheese Whopper package at the drive thru of Burger King Sunset Road Bali on 27 November 2023 around 2: 30PM. I saw 3 prices on the Cheese Whopper menu options and I said to the lady that I want the Cheese Whopper package. The lady behind the counter did not repeat my order, neither screen available for us to reassure that she took proper package according to what I ordered. I have assumed that I will need to pay at the highest price for my order at the time we are driving to the next counter where I should pay and take my food. And yes, that happened as what I thought, the lady gave me the food which is consist of 1 burger, a drink and fries (small one), but when I checked the bill that she handed I found that I have paid for the price of the KING BOX package + an upgrade to a bigger fries that she did not hand to me until I requested! So, I double checked to the lady what I have paid for and she responded to my request in panic and finally handed me the KING BOX. We went through before I got the chance to open the paper bag. But then I got another suprise when I opened it, the fries that I got was a small one, which I have paid for the upsized.

What a bad day for me! But I bet they have done it to many customers that do drive thru order. I think Management should take seroius action on this matter, otherwise the bad reputation will be labelled to your business. Bad luck to your business!

P. S.: The Cheese Whopper also didn't really taste like Whopper which I recon should have a special sauce (of Whopper) taste. I can only taste cheese, veggies and a plain patty. Too bad!: (

Worst Burger King I have ever had! Well actually the one in Denpasar is by far the worst. Here in Bali the burgers keep getting smaller and more expensive. That 4sure is the last time I eat fast American food here lol

I ordered a royal chicken meal and 2 beef burger meals. Unfortunately my royal chicken burger had 9 bones, 3 big bones and the rest were small bones, imagine if young children ate this burger, what do you think it will happen?
The only advice from me is, be mindful if you choose to buy the chicken burger for your child when you're in Bali. It is not safe.

Good place to bring kids and short meet up. They hire disable (deaf) worker, it's a good thing for them to be able take part of the service. And they can help taking orders although it might be a little complicated if you like to modify your orders.

They also offer burger king's apps, has so many promotion coupons.

What stands out most about this particular Burger King is the staff. They employ deaf people mostly and there are pictures of ASL (American Sign Language) to help customers say simple things like hello and thank you. Bali is full of kind, friendly people and the staff at this location are even kinder!

Good franchise outlet with clean toilets. Not too busy and good for dine in also has lots of parking available.

Kasirnya baik. Kmrin smpt ada kejadian lupa topup dan krn masalah jaringan, teuteup ditungguin dng ramah ga jutek.

Kudos for hiring restaurant crew that are hearing-impaired and mute, who deliver excellent service and deserve nothing less.

Datang jam 9 malam ternyata masih boleh utk dine in walaupun sudah lewat jam 10. Pesanan seperti pengalaman di burger king yg lain selalu ada yg tidak sesuai. Pesan tea no ice.malah semua with ice

Gojekin 5 ayam yg promo + burger chicken, saos cuma 3 biji, 1 ayam aja habis 2 saos belum burgernya, knp dimana2 makanan cepat saji pelit saos, pdhal murah?

Tempat parkir luas, suasana sangat nyaman, pelayanan yang cepat dan bersih, enak untuk makan bersama teman teman

Nice location and service! Tempat luas, Layanan cepat, suasana nyaman dan bersih rapi. Para kasir sangat sabar dan sopan melayani. Tempat parkir juga luas. Lokasinya sangat strategis. Varian menunya sekarang juga banyak, jadi bisa pilah pilih deh terus harga nya juga relatif murah. Pokoknya recommended banget deh, pas buat nongkrong juga sama teman teman, mantabzz

Packing softdrink nya payah terkesan sangat murahan tanpa tutup yg di pres. Buat babang ojol tentu akan sangat merepotkan dan mesti keluar biaya ekstra buat beli tas plastik khusus minuman dan itu berarti kita dah menyalahi aturan tentang pengendalian sampah plastik.

Soal rasa burger king emang paling mantap. Apalagi kepeduliannya bikin salut. Mengkaryakan penyandang disabilitas, bikin hati bangga. Salut buat burger king ya

Ok it's a fast food, big capitalist corporation and I would rather not support them, BUT, this outlet is full managed by deaf workers. Eating here is a chance to support them, who would otherwise struggle to be employed. 5 stars and full recommended once during your staying in Bali, then support local eateries! Balinese food is great.

Best place for drive thru.strategic location in sunset road, i was on my way to Ubud and stop there for an on the road meal. And i just notice that this Burger King is hire a hearing impaired staff, what a cool thing. I didnt even know when ordering, they all doing great.

Tempat makan siap saji yg ckp nyaman, namun kesigapan dari karywan nya unutk membersihkan meja makan ny agak lambat.bnyk sisa bungkus makanan ato bekas ramah2an makanan yg msh ada di meja.
Yg mkin pada saat itu lg rame, tpi selebihnya ya nyaman2 aj.

Like the burger. Its the best for the price. The fried chicken also best for the buck. There a alot of promo in instagram if you willing to seek out.
