Bukit Taman Cottages

This accommodation is absolutely perfect. As it is on the hill, you have a spectacular view facing mt Ahnung. The pool is big and clean and you can relax all day here if you like without getting bored. You have your own bungalow which is also very cute and clean. The owner as well as the staff are so friendly and helped with all our questions and dinner reservations. We were a group of four without scooter, but this was no problem as many restaurants and tours offer pick up and drop off service. I warmly recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy some unique view and relax a few days on nusa lembongan.

The hostess and the entire team are super nice and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and so are the rooms. We recommend!

Unfortunately, we can't fully understand all the positive reviews. When we wanted to move into the deluxe double room with sea view, we noticed that there was no sea view - the dark room was right next to a wall (probably the only one without a sea view). We were then able to move to a smaller cottage further up, which was bright and had a sea view. The view was great and the bathroom was quite clean.

But then we saw that a lot of things inside the hut were dirty and already run down. The curtains were yellowed with lots of insects in them, when we removed them the curtains crumbled all over the floor. The sofa and bed had stains and some parts of the cabin were rotting.

We became aware of this accommodation through a YouTube video. According to the prices from the video, the popularity made them triple the prices! (but not even washed curtains). Price-performance is unfortunately very poor due to the run-down condition. We couldn't sleep here.

But the employees were all very warm and helpful. The grounds and garden are also incredibly beautiful.

My partner and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect! The small team of staff are super lovely, kind and helpful. The facilities were also really nice, clean, and they supplied everything we needed. It was a little further out from everything which meant it was peaceful and had beautiful views on top of the mountain, but was only a short scooter ride (10-15 mins) to get to meals, shopping or the beach from any direction. We want to come back and wished we stayed here longer!

This was truly the best spot to stay in Nusa Lembongan! The cottages were spotless and views were stunning. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The best part however was the hospitality and service provided by Ketut who was always there to assist us with any enquiries (helping us organise restaurant transfers as we did not have motorbikes, activity bookings etc). We felt extremely well taken care of and are very thankful for her!

Stayed at Bukit Taman Cottages for 4 nights and it’s the best place we’ve stayed in during our Bali trip. The whole staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned everyday and then even fold your clothes and organise your toiletries, very cute. Free bike lessons on arrival and the views from the room are unbelievable. Very quiet and relaxing stay. Definitely book if you’re thinking about it! The road leading to it is quite scary but totally worth it once up.

If you come to Nusa Lembongan, stay here!
Very kind owner who will always try to help you. When it's your first time on a scooter they will also give you a small instructions and let you try.
Room service is excellent! And when the weather is clear, you have an excellent view to the Moung Agung from the rooms and the pool.

Also feel free to ask them about it transport to and from the island, fair prices and helpful if there is any trouble!

We loved our stay at Bukit cottages. Kuta and all the staff are so warm and friendly, you feel very at home at their lovely cottages. Each cottage has a wonderful view which we regularly enjoyed while sitting on our balcony. The whole resort is immaculately maintained and pool area is amazing. It is a 5 minute scooter drive into the Main Street however we found the peace and quiet and and spectacular views absolutely worth the short drive! Kuta and Tony will organise scooter for you upon arrival and even ensured our bikes were in good working condition and provided us helmets before letting us hit the road! Highly highly recommend staying here for a week to enjoy all the island has to offer:) thank you!

It was the most comfortable stay at bali when you are tired of hustle and bustle of the city. It was is located at the center of the island, so
You can go anywhere on the island within 20min on motorbike.

What for a great accomodation! This is more than nice, it's fantastic! All is clean, amazing bath, great Hosts and a stunning view! Trust me, you will miss something if you dont try!

It's like having a home away from Home. The view is spectacular. It is slightly further away from the center (5-7mins ride on a bike) which makes it perfect, you get to enjoy the beauty of Lembongan from the hill and away from the touristy hustle and bustle.
The hosts are a loving family, especially the lady caretaker Ketut. She will make your comfort a priority.
The rooms are spacious and nicely done.
Stayed there for 3 weeks while I was training to be a yoga teacher. Loved every second spent there.

I highly recommend this place. Ketut the owner was one of the most helpful staff we have found in Bali, it is super easy to communicate with her and she went out of her way to help us with great recommendations for anything we asked (snorkeling, dinner places, fastboats, etc).
The place itself is also amazing. The view is breahtaking (mount Agung in the morning), the room is spacious, very comfortable (we loved the pillows!) and clean. The garden and the pool are beautiful. And there is possibility to refill water bottles.
I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amaizing view of Mt. Agung from the infinity pool and room. Very helpful and friendly team. Location is little remote but they arrange drivers for us to do all that we wanted and they had great suggestions for what to see and eat. Good breakfast and they even arrange dinner for us at the pool. Clean room and comfy bed. I highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely. A special place. Small number of cottages w fantastic views. It's the staff that truly bring the warmth and make the stay superb. Good advice all round and go out of way to assist.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 nights in October, 2017 and loved every minute of our stay! The rooms are beautiful, done in a traditional style, but with modern conveniences like air conditioning, a bar fridge, gorgeous outdoor bathroom, and very comfortable beds.
The view from the verandah of your villa each morning, out over the water and across to Bali and Mt Agung, is breathtaking.
And the 20m infinity lap pool needs no more said - it's heaven! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with mature frangipani and mango trees, tropical plants and grasses and local stone.
The food is really delicious, with great choices and variety, all done with a local flavour thanks to Chef Wayan.
But the best part is Ketut, she is the most amazing, wonderful, thoughtful person! She really made our stay special, and looks after you like you are family. Nothing is ever too much trouble, including waiting for us to come home from dinner each night so she could make my hubby a coffee, because she knew he really liked that. Ketut can organise whatever you need, such as a massage in your room, pick up and drop off to local restaurants, tours, shopping etc.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing place to stay on Nusa Lembongen, that still has the Balinese touch, this is the place for you. Just make sure you organise a motorbike for your stay!
