Budas Homestay Lemukih

Really one of the most beautiful places I've been in my life. In the middle of the Jungle and rice terrace right in front of you. Sadly just stayed there for one night, but I had the pleasure of doing a guided tour with buda to the waterfalls (sekumpul, Fiji and another one I can't even find on the internet).

Year of end means time for reflection and memorizing all the great moments during the past months. One of my highlights was for sure my 4 night stay at Budas homestay in april. I had such a lovely time. Buda and his family gave me a warm welcome and took care of me during the stay. I had a bicycle accident in Ubud the day before and were a bit scared due to some injuries and side effects and being on my own. Budas nephew accompanied me to the hospital and made sure I was fine. Buda arranged a waterful tour the day after that fit my limitations (not too exhausting). The nature is amazing! I also did the cultural village tour with Buda, an inspiring experience. I learnt a lot about the culture, religion and local life. The place is very calm and peaceful, exactly what I needed after some stressful months back home. Yes, it is basic and there is no warm water. But I did not miss it at all. I was happy with the very clean room, the hammock and the beautiful view. I could just sit there the whole day and look at the rice fields:) The food was delicious, Budas wife prepares healthy meals and amazing juices. The whole family is gorgeous and Angel, one of the daughters, already a smart little business lady with some very good German skills and happy to play Uno with you. Dont miss the chance to spend some wonderdful days to experience an authetic balinese lifestyle. Thanks Buda for the great time! Hope to visit you some day again. Christine

Hotel in the jungle overlooking rice fields.
The owners are very nice people.
The food is good, I recommend the fried chicken noodles and pancakes.
The downside is no hot water

We had an unforgettable stay at Buda. We were warmly welcomed and learned a lot about nature, the country and its people. We will never forget the waterfall tour and were totally thrilled in the evening.

Very cool location and the whole family is super friendly. The excursions with Buda are also really impressive. We noticed how much enthusiasm and commitment there is behind these. Thank you for the great time!

Hier ist das wahre Bali. Wir können vom ganzen
Herzen die Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir waren einfach in die Umgebung bzw den Ort und die Familie so verliebt.
Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, es gibt zwar kein heißes Wasser, aber das stört wirklich nicht. Man hat so eine atemberaubende Aussicht, dass das fast schon unglaublich ist. Buda und seine Familie sind total liebe und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir haben einen ganzen Tag Tour mit Buda gemacht und einiges erlebt
- nutzt die Gelegenheit! Dieser Ort ist magisch und wir wollen hier wiederkommen. Das Essen, was Widi, Budas Frau, kocht ist so lecker! Wir sond froh, dass wir genau hier gewesen waren.

The nature and the people here will definitely amaze you! Me and my boyfriend wanted to see waterfalls and rice fields and we’ve been to several places that offer these views in Ubud, but those places were all touristy as hell. The moment when we got to Buda’s home stay, we knew right away that this is the experience we’ve been looking for. The view here is mind-blowing. Buda and his family took some such good care of us. If we ever come back Bali again, we would definitely visit Buda’s place again. It’s our home in Bali now ️

Alle sind total herzlich und man fühlt sich willkommen. Es ist eine super Möglichkeit das echte Bali kennenzulernen, außerhalb von ein 5 Sterne komplex, inmitten einer herzlichen Familie!
Das Essen ist super lecker und mit liebe zubereitet.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig, die umliegende Natur ein Traum. Wir empfehlen definitiv eine Tour mit Buda, die Wasserfälle waren unbeschreiblich!
Ein unbedingtes MUSS für jeden Bali Aufenthalt

Very nice place to visit. The tour of the waterfalls is the best you can get on the island as far as I can say at least.

The owner and family are great, friendly and very welcoming.

Food is very good as well.

We spent two nights and did a tour with Buda. Buda knows a lot about Hinduism and can tell you all about the local plants and traditions. Certainly the best tour I've done in a long time! Buda's family is very friendly. The rooms are simple and clean. There is a hammock for relaxing at each room. Don't expect hot water, but expect a great time and to make new friends. The waterfalls are paradise and Lemukih is a wonderful village, so coming to this place is highly recommended! Great value for this price.

This is a place to stay! The stuff is absolutly friendly and the jungle in front of the balcony is one of the best places to enjoy the nature of Bali!

Villanya nuansa desa, karyawannya ramah, paket tournya benar benar kehidupan desa, lokasi di sekitar villa ada banyak sekali air terjun yang sangat indah. Love it

Budas homestay was perfect. A beautiful family with beautiful souls. The views are great, the food was delicious, the hammock was perfect and Buda himself is a wonderful human. I would highly recommend staying at Budas when visiting Lemukih area

Penginapan yang memiliki view bagus dengan hamparan pegunungan dan persawahan yang jauh dari kebisingan suara knalpot. Sejuk dan sunyi. Tanpa AC karena udara yg dingin.

The biggest smile of Bali is located here. It’s on the owners face. Buda is an amazing host, his wife is a great chef and his kids are very sweet. The trekking trough the hills was a lot of fun, including lunch at his uncles restaurant. Rooms are comfortable, the view is priceless. One of the best experiences I had on Bali.
