I don't understand how you could be satisfied with their service. The only positive was that they were able to drop off the scooter at the hotel, but not at the requested time (we are customers after all), no petrol, helmet in very poor condition, scooter in very poor condition, moreover the young man who dropped off the scooter for us did not speak English, very difficult to exchange. … and for the whole thing he made us wait 20 minutes because he apparently did not have the change, by dint of insist, he took the change he owed us out of his pocket.
Same for check out, they didn't come on time, we had to leave the keys with the concierge.
I do not recommend. And respond to a notice like this when no damage has been done because we have not driven the scooter in view of the state, unfortunately you take away your customers and respond without knowing who to contact. You do not indeed deserve a change from me.

Perfect scooter rental! I rented a scooter for 3 days, for a really good price. The service is great and friendly. They even come to bring or pick up the scooter. I had an amazing time while driving around on the scooter, thanks!

I asked if i could keep bike for 4 hours extra for 50 000, which he replies 70 000 okay. Last time I rent bike in Bali for 50k. Times have changed

The worst you can find.
Accompanied by 2 unfriendly kids, showed old scooters.
We agreed to rent one (vario) for 100K. It didn’t have fuel and wouldn’t start.
They offered me a Gear, smaller but for the same price. No fuel inside.
I agreed anyway, but then the 2 kids asked me for 500k deposit.
And when I said no they answered I could go somewhere else. And so I did.
Better walking in the middle of nowhere.

There are lots of nice people and lots of fair rental places in Bali.

Lumayan oke layanannya, bisa diantar jemput di daerah jimbaran. Bisa request helm 2, jas hujan 2, bahkan bisa request dipasangin holder hp juga di motornya.
Walaupun sempet dapet motor yg nge zonk, kunci magnetiknya rusak. Tp akhirnya langsung diganti besoknya.
Mungkin karena emang lagi rame banget dan satu2nya motor, jadi dikasih yg kurang oke. Tapi tetep tanggung jawab mereka.

Disgusting from the start till the end.
First of all, we paid for 2x new Scoopies but got very old and run down ones, with over 68k mileage each! They were wobbly and NOT safe to drive! But since we were in Bali and not in Europe, we knew we had to lower our expectations and so we didn’t say anything.
Secondly, when we returned the motorbikes those kids (I assume relatives of the owner) accused us of breaking one of the motorbikes. Apparently we damaged and lost one of the plastic parts from the motorbikes side. Obviously that was not true. They did not have any proof of that either, nevertheless demanded us to pay. The fact is though, no parts would be falling off if they had given us actually new Scoopies in the first place.
Thirdly, these people are shady. Following our “trial”, they showed us a video of how we left a bike parked in a perfectly safe location and tried to somehow use this against us? They said that because we left it parked someone could have taken/stolen/damaged the bikes. They showed a video of how that part was missing a day before returning the bikes? So they were stalking us. Upon signing a contract you’re obliged to provide them with your social media accounts, and that is also so that they could stalk you and your activity.
Lastly, they don’t have an insurance. First and only rental company we have come across here in Bali to not have such policy.
Overall, we felt the experience was $hit and recommend everyone to stay away from them. They will give you poor quality motorbikes, then demand money for their repair. Disgusting.

Stay away! They are scammers.
I had booked a scooter by agreeing on the price via WhatsApp. On the day of the meeting I show up at the place and then we had agreed. I wait 15 min but no one arrives. I try to call them several times. After half an hour they write to me that they are on the street, but that they do not have the scooter I had booked but rather another at twice the price. They tell me "either so or nothing". They left me on foot. They are scammers, there are many other scooter rentals.

They have many types of motorbikes in excellent conditions; tires, breaks all working good. The prices are the cheapest you will find.
