I highly recommend this place, everyone is so kind and professional. I was seen fir a consultation and given my treatment same day. They were able to fit me in before I left Bali. If I was staying longer I would have done multiple more treatments. The facility is very clean and machine are new.

I came here to fix filler that I got done in the USA that was somewhat botched. After a month of feeling less than beautiful and afraid to take a picture I decided to get it fixed during my vacation time in Bali.

I came to body lab and it was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a beauty clinic. Clean, professional, kind and friendly. Dr Andreas and Leia are my heroes. Dr was very informative, assuring, and experienced. I trusted him wholeheartedly and leia was very helpful and attentive. She used an ice pack wrapped in gauze to help distract my mind and to help with immediate pain/swelling during Injections. She also gave me a stress ball and caressed my shoulders/arms to soothe me in case I had any pain the numbing cream was also impeccable compared to others I’ve had. I was also lucky enough to have my visit during Black Friday sale Got them done for a fraction of what they would cost in the states and for DOUBLE the quality/ satisfaction.

My experience at body lab was amazing! They recommended booking a doctor consult before treatment to make sure it is the best possible option. I had a very professional therapist to do my facial.

Facials can be wonderful, but I'd caution against trying Botox at this location. Unfortunately, the dermatologist injected an excessive amount of Botox in the wrong areas of my forehead, resulting in an unflattering appearance with smaller eyes and arched eyebrows. It took three months for my muscles to fully recover.

I had an exceptional experience with the Detoxifying Oxygen Facial at this clinic. The clean environment and pleasant atmosphere left a great first impression. Priced at 850,000 IDR, the treatment included a thorough extraction process.

My aesthetician, Anita, was gentle, meticulous, and used high-quality products. She effectively addressed my blackheads and pimples. I was astounded by her skill in extracting a considerable number of them. She even offered to show me the extracted impurities, and I was taken aback by what had been sitting on my face! Anita is super sweet, knowledgeable, and communicated thoroughly about the process.

Previously, I made the mistake of opting for a facial at a popular massage place, Sundari Day Spa, which lacked proper training. This experience reaffirmed the importance of choosing a reputable clinic.

The only aspect I didn't quite appreciate was being informed that I'd need to take before and after photos for each treatment. Personally, I'd prefer not to do so, even if the photos won't be shared on social media.

Body Lab Bali provided with me the best service and i’m very happy with the end result. I had lip fillers and couldn’t recommend enough! I had an in-depth discussion with the doctor regarding the best treatment for me and felt comfortable the whole time. The doctor was very attentive and I was comforted throughout. Would happily go back again if I was back in bali!

Looks a bit like a boudoir, so step right in for some pampering. Staff are polite and sweet. Dr Hesty is super nice and doesn't hard-sell unlike some doctors I have made in Singapore. Having had regular botox in my strong masseters (they affect my sleep), I know how much is too much, and how little is too little. Dr Hesty didn't try to push me to do more, and other treatments. She is generous with information and recommendation but doesn't do any selling. Which I love.

I love Body Lab Bali! I get a microdermabrasion abrasion treatment here every few weeks and also the micro current treatment. I'm not ready for Hifu yet. My skin looks amazing. So smooth and moisturized. All the therapists are really good here.

When I first came here we had a small customer service issue. The manager jumped right in and helped smooth everything over. Nothing and no one is perfect and it's really good to see how dedicated everyone is to their clients. I'll be a customer here for a very very long time.

Two stars only for the place and staff who were super polite. The service quality is bad, slightly better than rejuvie clinic. I did two procedures: face pore cleaning and mask (after the procedure I had a pimple. Second one was ultherapy - I was told there will be the result in 2 weeks or 2 months - it’s been 1,5 months now - no result so far, viceversa - my skin became very dry. Why is it so difficult to find a salon with the specialist who will CARE about your skin? I mean, thats why it is called skinCARE procedures, products, specialists…no? Anyway. I’ve spent around 400$ and had no effects. Or maybe I can consider myself lucky, no effects may be better than negative effects.

Very professional service, professional staff. Can only recommended. 5stars from me. Would definitely come back.

Very professional beauty place, they always answer within minutes and all the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this place, I have tried others but Body Lab ticks all the boxes for me.

It's an incredible place for refreshment. Body lab provides various kind of treatments for body and face. I like the simplicity yet elegant interior design. I love the ambience here, the music is relaxing. The toilet is clean and elegant. There are many instagrammable spots here as well.

The machine they use here is so much updated and sophisticated. One of my favourite treatment is peeling and Hifu by Liftera. I should try CRYSTAL someday, it's a powerful Fat Freeze from French.

They do provide skinbooster, fillers, botox, threads, and most branded skincare are all here on the display. All the doctors, nurses, and beauticians are very professional. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. Moreover, you can do consultation with either beauty consultant or doctors to decide the most suitable treatments and it is for FREE!

Last but not least, the price is reasonable and they have promos every months. I'll be back for sure. Thanks bodylab
