Solo travellers, walk in at your own risk. One of the staff, who said he surfs a lot, greeted me when I first entered, asked me where I’m from, asked for my name, and asked if I’m travelling to Bali alone. I said yes, he said “THAT’S SAD, where’re your friends and family? Do you have a boyfriend? When are you flying back and what time is your flight? ” I’ve travelled to many places this year with people and I would love to have a solo trip near the end of 2023, hence I chose to do this. It is not sad at all. Mind you, there are so many solo travellers in Bali. I don’t think they are all sad; probably having the best time of their lives. May you find peace in being with yourself.

Don't try any products in this shop. Because the products there are very fragile. No any violence. Just put it on like normal way！It will broken and you have to pay for that！

Too much staff and nobody wants to help. At the cash desk they didn’t want to give us recive and cut all the papers from the cloth immediately before we bought it

Beautiful shop, probably the most complete surf shop I’ve come across in Bali. Anything from beach wear to water sports. Great customer service too. Everyone was so friendly and helpful

Best service! These guys were so stoked to see me purchase a board. They made me feel like I won the lottery. Honest and nice, what more could you want in customer service.

Pretty horrible customer service. Made up rules about board rentals as they went. Tried to tell me the credit card machine didn’t work for board rentals only when I returned. That obviously turned out not to be true. Also said I could swap boards and then backtracked.

Superb shop to get a surf board. I bought one with Dicky and I'm absoluty happy about his recomandation!

Very nice and helpful staff at the Boardriders store. I bought one of their Native surfboards recently. Everyone was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked tons of questions. I got to test one of their boards for free on Eco beach nearby as well.
I'm super happy with my new board (Native Lunar). It's easy to paddle, responsive, and pretty fast on the wave. Overall it's a perfect fit for me:) so stoked! Thanks, guys for all the advices and help!

The shop staff is unkind and very intimidating. They just look at me when I leave the shop after shopping without saying thank you.
The level of this staff is the lowest level in the world at a store of this level. If you don't want to feel uncomfortable with shopping, I recommend going to another store.

I went in to buy a quicksilver shirt, when I went to pay by credit card the girl serving me asked me for my pin number, with her back to me. Be very Careful if buying from this shop.

Harry is an incredible staff member and helped me find the right board quickly! Not only did he find the correct board, but he contacted his distributor in case the said board was out of stock. Can't praise this guy enough! He's an exquisite worker. Boss if you are reading this, Harry deserves some recognition for sure.

Great place. Really good selection of boards, staff is friendly, the whole atmosphere of the shop is great. They have a hairdresser in there as well which I found nice.

Very bad advice on board's choice, be careful. Just business, no surf spirit. Accessories are much more expensive than other shops.
