We had read mixed reviews, but I guess everyone has their own expectations and experiences.
Ours was wonderful, yes it’s a good 1 & 1/2 to 2 hour drive with traffic, but the rafting was excellent, just enough rapids to get you squealing, but we had a smile on our face the whole time.
You stop once or twice to take pictures and grab a cold drink, so take some cash, they provide and carry a wet bag for you.
Lunch at end was basic, but very good and all you really need, again you need to buy your drinks.
Change rooms, showers and towels provided. Although the water in women’s shower was nothing more than a small trickle, so you couldn’t wash yourself if you tried, but good to have a fresh towel to dry yourself off and get changed.
We would do it again

18km of white water rafting. Water level was lower when we went. Still provided a very fun 2.5hours of experience at a very reasonable pricing. The service, guide, and the free buffet afterward were excellent. I would definitely take the kids to visit again next time we are in Bali.

Great river, great service. Wild, lots of obstacles, but safe. A shower, a towel and a tasty, hearty lunch are included at an affordable price. I definitely recommend it.

Ok for the first part the rafting was surreal. Amazing place, and amazing scenery.

For the staff 0/10 they will try to scam you on anything. They offer different prices for everybody. We paid 900k and we could have paid like 350k only. It is absurd. The guide was very good and professional, but kept nagging us to give a tip. Very unprofessional. NEGOTIATE AND DO NOT ACCEPT WHATEVER PRICE THEY GIVE PUSH FOR LESS. Specially if you are an Arab. They want to squeeze more money from you

But frankly, only the guide who is with us has troubled us, but he sharpened from the day we rode, and he sharpened the day I told him, I will not give you a breath on us and our sharks.

My advice, do not give them a face from the beginning, and wire it with a gift, and if it arrives, I will withdraw it from them

100% recommended. It is one of the must-do activities in Bali. 18km route which takes 2 hours to complete. We paid 750k for 2 people which includes transfer from our hotel in Ubud. Bargain hard to get a better price.
During rafting our boat flipped once and me and my wife lost our sandals in water. Asked if they have something for us but answer was no. We went back home with naked feet. But not a big deal.

Rafting terseru dan durasi terlama dibali hehe sekitar 1½ jam tapi gak bakalan jenuh coz area raftingnya bikin adrenali naik ada beberapa rintangan2 yang bikin kaya petualangan beneran loh.price nya kurang lebih 300k/person ada harga ada fasilitas lah ya.sebelum rafting naik flying fox nya dulu biat makin seru hehe.

Minusnya sih kamar mandinya direstorannya kurang terawat ya banyak lumut dan hewan semut handuk yang disediakan kaya bau pup tikus jadi pakai handuk sendiri lebih direkomendasikan hehe tapi makanannya enak kok mungkin bisa diperbaiki supaya perfect.

Lokasi sedikit jauh dari ubud namun view dan tantangan sangat memuaskan.pelayanan dari BMW sendiri baik.

Enjoyed the rafting with family. It was adventurous. Got a good deal as well. The buffet that they served was good as well.

An inspiring adventure with unforgettable and unique experience that is a must to be tried in Bali. This rafting path is very challenging and the trip last for almost 3 hours, with very beautiful scenery between the mountains and waterfalls.

Very important note that this trip will entail strenuous effort and, therefore, elderly and those with back problems should be extremely careful and avoid the trip if unnecessary.

The negative side is the cost is expensive and exaggerated for such an activity, yet the experience and ultimate enjoyment worth it. Also, the boat escort will bather you for a tip, and the provided lunch doesn't worth it.

Went through BMW rafting for a fun filled day out, we did the flying fox, quads and rafting package with lunch included. Was a great day filled with fun and adventure. The kids and ourselves had a ball. Good rapids, and quads through the jungle made for a great memory from our trip. The best bit was only a few stairs and the 4m drop.kids loved the flying fox down to the rapids. Food was average and toilet blocks and amenities was very unhygienic however this didn’t spoil our day. Our drive was fantastic overall five stars from us ‍️

The car provided for hotel pick up and drop off was very old and not at all comfortable. Rafting was amazing.
