We booked a last minute private snorkelling trip for four people to see manta rays.the guide was amazing and very accommodating, even towing our girlfriends who aren’t great swimmers.we saw manta rays at the first place they took us, manta point.

We took a manta tour, with more people.
We left around 8: 15 and arrived at Manta Bay around 8: 35. At 8: 55 they were already calling us to return to the ship without having had time to do anything.

Then we went to two other places and we did see fish and coral.

The tour lasted 2 hours or less.

They sell it as a blanket; but they don't even make an attempt to take you to the other part of the beach; so you have more options to see them. In 20' in Manta Bay you don't see anything.

I give it a 3, because they were friendly, I saw corals and fish, but no manta rays because we didn't have time to jump when we were already back on the boat. I repeat, only 20' in manta bay.

Later we found out at the hotel that in Manta Bay, there is 20% of seeing mantas, and in Manta Point 80%. So that the same thing as us does not happen to you.

The experience was good, but we didn't see a single manta ray…. Which is why I came to this island…. They took us to a cove/beach where there is 30% of seeing manta rays.when there was another where there is 80% of seeing them. The other places we visited were very cool, lots of coral and lots of fish.

We booked a private tour for three and paid 1,800,000. The staff was really nice and committed and we were able to see 5 manta rays. You can also book a Go Pro for 100,000 and the staff will take pictures of the animals and you in the water. In addition, the captain listened to our wishes and we were able to stay at Manta Point as long as we wanted. Highly recommended and gladly again. Thanks for the experience

It was simply perfect! We had a great private trip and saw Manta and turtles! Wadi was a great guide. We would totally recommend it! We left at 7, which is a good idea as you are ahead of the crowds.

It was truly a perfect experience with the Blue Whale team! We booked a private tour early in the morning and Wadi & our captain took us to Manta Point carefully looking for manta rays. We encountered a beautiful, majestic manta and also lots of colorful fish! Also found 2 turtles - you never know when & where you will encounter wild animals, so we were truly lucky! We had really nice chats & always felt very safe. The waters are mesmerizing - early in the morning there are less people. I highly recommend to go snorkeling with them!

AMAZING tour! We have seen few mantas and some lovely fishes! The crew was awesome and took very good care of me, I am a beginner when it comes to swimming and they did go an extra mile to make me feel safe and comfortable in the ocean! We absolutely loved it!

We left on time. Couldn't see any mantarays and we only snorkel in 2 spots where we could see fishs. But the last spot was full with boats from different companies so you have to be careful.

The crew is fun and very experienced. We rented a private tour for snorkeling and saw Manta rays, turtles and colourful fish. Amazing day!

Overall, we enjoyed our snorkeling experience because we got to see Manta Rays! We only went to 3 spots though. There’s supposed to be a 4th spot but they said the current was dangerous. Seeing Mantas were enough though. The other spot was full of corals and fishes. The other spot was a turtle spot but we didn’t see any.

You can also do a nusa penida tour with them. Or rent a motorbike. Just ask for a quote.

Only downside is that there are a lot of trash floating around.

If you are thinking of snorkeling stop here and go with BlueWhale. Excellent communication, very flexible, affordable prices. The private tour is affordable and totally worth it.private boat with driver and guide (we went with Shiva, he's awesome!), manage the timeline, avoid the crowded group tours, see the amazing marine life around Nusa Penida, and get to hang out with some cool guides. They will even bring along a go-pro and capture some very high quality shots of the action.

Brilliant morning snorkelling with BlueWhale. They collected us from our hotel and took us to some great spots to see fish and turtles. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service and snorkeling experience. The guys are great to deal with. We went out on the private trips with them. First day to manta bay, gamat bay, wall point, and turtle point. Unfortunately we didn't see any mantas but we saw big turtles and lots of cool fish. Second day we went to manta point and we were in for a treat! Saw at least 4 huge mantas, gliding close to the surface. Snorkeling with them was an incredible experience. Our guide on both days, Sam, is an absolute credit to the company. We felt safe at all times and we're helped see interesting things in the water. He was funny and had great English. Our captain was a great navigator of some (at times) tricky conditions! The boat was in great condition. Everyone who we spoke to at the office was so warm, friendly, and kind. We would highly recommend the private tours with Blue Whale. It is WELL worth the money as you can decide yourself how to split up your own time. Thank you Sam, captain, and all other staff!

Very nice trip! Guides are such nice guys and good price. Recommend bringing / renting a GoPro. Manta Bay is super busy with tourists unfortunately but BlueWhale can’t do anything about that. We were only with a group of 3 in total which was very nice!
