Blue Corner Dive - Nusa Penida

Great place for diving! Came here to get my open water certification. Suna and Nick are very kind and patient people.

It was possible for me to do the certification in German, that was actually nice but of course English is also possible. You got trained by native Europeans and for me personally, it was a really important to learn diving “correct”. I’m 100% certain, thanks to Sunars sense of quality and correctness, I learned everything what I need.

We went diving to 4 different places and everything worked out. We did the course in 3 days and were really flexible due to the reason that I was alone for the course.

Summary: if you would like to learn diving - go there. The quality of the training is really high and we’ve heard many different things from other dive centers!

I 100% recommend this place. Jason and his team are awesome and amazing!
They do everything to make sure you have a safe comfortable and fun diving trip. If you have any questions or need anything from around the area ask their team, they have the connections.

Absolutely amazing day diving today at Manta point and SD, we did our refresher course the day before with Jason in the pool and he was very thorough, explained everything plainly and simply, we practiced all the key maneuvers so we were much more confident for today's 2 dives. We went out with Maggnus and he is such a nice guy, explained everything really well, always happy and laughing but felt extremely safe in the water with him, he was always looking back making sure we were all ok. We saw manta and turtles! The reef in SD was beautiful. Would recommend anyone to come to Blue Corner regardless of diving ability.

We had an amazing experience diving with Blue Corner Dive. We did a PADI refresher course with Jason and 2 dives with Manggus, both guys are just awesome, really informative and approachable. The rest of the crew were great too. We went to Manta Point and SD point and saw mantas, rays, turtles aswell as incredible coral reef and fish <3 our dives were so enjoyable we didn't want it to end. They had good equipment and even provided a light lunch, water and tea/coffee. Such a good service and also the best prices. Please support these guys if you are planning on diving in Nusa Penida.

Went there as a group of 4. Nick was very helpful and trained us, made sure none of us feared the ocean. The entire team was supportive. Had an amazing time.

Dove here 3 days in a row, doing 6 dives. Dove with three separate instructors: Rosie, Nick and Mangus, all of them extremelly professional, knowledgeable, with great diving skills. Also very friendly, and easy going.

Dive sites were always different, included: manta point, crystal bay, sental, toya pakeh, batu nunggul and suana. Saw mantas, turtles, lion fish, trigger fish, swimming moray etc.

Visibility was between 12-25m, so really great! Corals are in awesome condition in the North East of Nusa. Some drift diving which I always felt safe as instructors were very good in their briefings before dives, and always knowleadgeable to chose the right spots to dive into, taking current into account.

Always dived in small numbers, therefore great to have instructor's attention. All instructors make an effort to point out all fish with its corresponding name/gesture, which are then all discussed/mentioned again when logging dives back at the shop.

Equipment is in good condition. Lunch/brunch between morning dives is indonesian type food which is ligh enough so one can dive without being too full.

Jason the owner was great at replying to my messages before I came in, about prices and any questions I had, and the same continued whilst there.
He even helped me with logistics to get to Gili T (with kind help from Flo!), and suggested a few dive shops and sites to go to.

A very high standard dive company I have to say. You won't regret diving with this bunch.

I will definitely return.

I did my OWC refresher + 2 fun dives here, and my husband did a DSD, and what an amazing experience! Jason was responsive, patient and super helpful in making all the arrangements prior to the dive. Our instructor was Matt, and he was funny and brilliant! He made the whole experience super fun and even taught us some new (read: 'unconventional') dive signs! They provide good quality equipment, prioritise safety, and ensure fun unlimited! Unfortuantely, it wasn't the season for mola molas, and we spotted a few mantas but not a lot. So I'd suggest pick the right time to visit. But if you're in Nusa Penida, Blue Corner is THE team you want to dive with! Thanks Jason and Matt, hope to see you guys again:)

I cant even describe how awesome this place was, Nick was the best instructor I could have asked for and made it a fun and funny experience. I wanted to wait until I went to other dive places to decide if this one actually stood apart from the others since I recieved my certification at blue corner and now I can say without a doubt it stands apart. I've been to 5 dive shops since blue corner all with excellent ratings and none compare. The owner Jason is also a funny and nice guy. Cant recommend it enough.

Oh! I forgot to mention one of the best parts, they have a shop dog (very lazy and wont bother you if you dont show interest in case you dont like dogs) hes awesome and loves going on the boat! He even has an active instagram - @chucklesshopdog - add him!

I have been diving with Blue Corner for almost a week and they took me to various places around the islands. Professional and dedicated team that made sure that I had a great time over and, of course, under the water.

Rental equipment and organisation were good. The only thing that I can come up with to improve would be the variety of the snack on board ;)

To sum up: great experience and strong recommendation!

Best dive school! Wonderful team, great dive sites, great tutoring. Loved it, can't wait to be back at blue corner.

We spent two days diving with blue corner and it was fantastic! The locations they took us to were some of the best diving we’ve ever done and we saw heaps of mantas both times we dove manta point. The entire staff is super friendly and great at what they do. We dove with three separate guides and loved them all! They know the right spot to take you at the right time. They’re very eco friendly and make a point of making sure the divers don’t disturb the reef or the critters. And they’re great to chat with during the day and grab a beer with after diving. Thanks for two amazing days everybody!

I had my first-ever diving experience back in February with Blue Corner Dive and I'm finally just getting around to share how AMAZING it was. I was initially worried about giving it a shot, but I couldn't be happier that I did. My instructor, Nick, was so attentive and helpful. His guidance and overall passion for what he does made my experience better. I felt at ease during my first dive, because I knew I was in good hands. Plus, the reef was stunning and it was breathtaking to see marine life up close in their natural environment.

After we came up from our first dive, I was eager to get back under and keep going. It's funny how worry can easily turn into excitement as long as you're with a reliable instructor.

I spent a week diving with Blue Corner NP and had an exceptional experience. Safety is a priority, with quality equipment, in-depth briefings and small groups. The divemasters/instructors are all super friendly, and you quickly feel like part of the crew. It seems to be a great place for courses, from open water to instructor, as they were teaching all levels throughout the week. Still, they were able to accommodate a wide variety of dive sites for me, from Mantas to macro to challenging drift dives. Finally, the Blue Corner group does a lot of conservation work and training around Bali/NP, so diving here supports that good cause. Highly recommended for all skill levels!

We spend 3 wonderful days diving with Blue Corner: Jadon, Manggus Chuckles and the crew that was very attentive and efficient. Best diving in Indonesia: adventurous and safe. We saw big ballet of mantas at Mantas Point. Really spectacular. Thank you guys.

A great dive shop with the best of instructors, gear, and services. They are very safety oriented, and we had a blast diving with them. The dives themselves were phenomenal!

Amazing experience! A huge Thanks to Nick for:
- Changing the dive site plan set initially so I could see Mantas which makes Nusa Penida particular.
- Being professional but also fun and human
- Being pationate about the underwater secrets and showing us all the good small stuff that not everyone would have noticed but also the big stuff such as dozens of Daulphins after hearing their noise!

I defenetly recommend Blue Corner dive!

We made our PADI open water at the blue corner dive and were just amazed.
To keep it simple:
- our instructor Nick (british, calm, funny and super professional) was awesome.
- Nick showed us so many animals under water which most people would have missed.
- The equipment was new and clean.
- Within our four dives we visited four different diving spots. They always look in advance which spots are safe and best suited for the conditions and students.
- Jason (the owner) was super professional and replied to any question in advanced within hours.
- The team is multi-lingual (english, german, spanish, french, indonesian)
- Nusa Penida generally is a perfect diving spot. You can find manats, turtles, mola-molas and so on here. But if you really want to enjoy it - go with blue corner dive. ;-)
- Last but not least - they have a really cute office manager with four furry paws named Chuckles. ;)

Really friendly and highly skilled professionals. VERY good value for money and we had a great day doing two dives, finding Manta rays and loads of other fish.
