Yth. Kepada kepala pt. Taxi blue bird bali untuk pemberitahuan seluruh driver pt.taxi blue bird.bahwa ada driver yang melakukan tindakan tidak terpuji terhadap pelanggan nya seperti pelecehan sexual dll. Kemarin pada tgl 10 oktober 2018 mohon beri tahu kepada driver taxi yang ada di bali agar tetap sopan santun kepada seluruh pelanggan nya agar kejadian tidak ter ulang kembali dan tidak mencemarkan nama baik taxi group/blue bird. Sekian info dari saya trimakasi.

I was ripped off by a Blue Bird taxi driver last night in Canggu pick up Slow restaurant to villa accommodation in Canggu. He charged me 200,000rp
Instead of approx 50 to 60,000rp.
So ask at your resort how much taxis should cost to and from where you are going to avoid dishonest drivers. I thought Bluebird was reputable but obviously not. Do not be trusting as this driver was a thief.

Cancelled pre booked cab to airport
No warning no explanation
Re booked for immediate pickup accepted trip then cancelled again
Why the he'll accept job if you just going to cancel?

Best service, friendly drivers and fair prices. Even can take you to/from other „difficult“ places like Ubud. Make sure to use the mobile app for convenience. Definitely best taxi company in Indonesia!

Shockingly bad! Ordered a taxi at 5: 30pm for 9: 30pm called them at 9: 40pm and they told me they didn’t have anything in my area

Called them many times. They said the taxi is on the way to your destination but no showed up. Called them again and they said your order was not on our lists. So I just cancelled and used other taxies.

Couple of times our order was taken by other people, our guests were waiting for almost 1 hour, and NO APOLOGIZE but the staffs were laughing at the backsound

Only reputatable cab company in Bali. All other cabs (BlueBiru, Bali Taxi) are operated by local gangs that will extort you for up to 5 times the price. Blue Birds are metered and all drivers we've had were professional and nice. The operators speak English and you can order a cab to most non tourist hotspot places. Blue Birds can't enter certain areas because of a turf war with the fake cab companies. Only trust Blue Birds and be careful with the very similar looking knock offs!

All those yapping about how bad Blue bird being bad must work for the other taxi thieves in Bali. We used other taxi and was charged 3 times the amount. Used Bluebird many many times and EVERY time we had a great experience. Baby blue can color. Any other color is not Blue Bird. They all have a bluebird on top and side. Only Blue Bird is baby blue folks. No other color.

We payed 350000 and got totally scammed. The driver was disrespectful and we were really afraid because of him. Taxi number 498. Please don't let him drive other people, blue bird!

Shocking that a supposedly metered taxi service costs more than triple of the regular taxi price!
We hailed a taxi in town, Ubud, to drive us to our hotel and trusted the driver who did not want to give us a price "because we have meter". Sounds sensible, so we went ahead.
Oh, the triple price we paid was according to the drive after a 50% discount! Total scam!

Tourists please dont use these cabs. These cab drivers are thieves. We took a cab to kudeta restaurant from jalan kunti1 after some distance the cab driver took us to a street and tried to mug. We got scared and ran away from there.after that we tried reaching blue bird office to complain. No body cared. So from my experience please dont use these cabs ever. Try to get your ride arranged from your hotel or spa

Mengecewakan, saya tlp operator nya siang hari, 3 taxi untuk jam 18.30. Niat hati agar taxi bisa ontime di villa, 2 taxi datang ontime, dan 1 taxi datangnya jam 19.09. Tolong di perbaiki!

Never use local taxi in Bali. Always go with Uber or Grab unless you are fine with paying the triple price. They tried to charge me $10 for a short 15 min drive, assuming I'm a foreigner. When I said it's too expensive in Indonesian, they started to act rude and say mean things. I ended up with Grab, only cost around 14,000 IDR (~$1). In some places, you need to order Grab when the local taxi can't see.

Terrible experience in Ubud. I called and order a taxi, they said it would take 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called back and they said he was almost there. Another 15 minutes later I saw him drive by (car 727) but he did not stop for us. I called dispatch back, the said the driver would call me but he never did. Then I tried to call dispatch back but they kept hanging up in me.

Sya naik dari pantai legian ke gwk dikenakan tarif 130rb.sya curiga txi menggunakan argo kuda karena ketika sya pulang dengan rute yg sama sya hanya dikenakan tarif 75rb seingat sya nomor pengendara itu 197299. Sya bukan menuduh sya hanya heran.
