Very friendly and helpful staff the rest nothing was good they had to change as the room because the AC was not working… and we had to walk a lot to arrive to our Bambo room again the staff they where perfect.

Superb location. But you have to be very careful. Following an excellent massage at the spa, we tried to take two nights in a bamboo room. They are superb, quite clean and well equipped, but very very very, (too) poorly soundproofed. This would go smoothly if everyone was respectful.but unfortunately the tourist checks at 2: 30 in the morning got the better of our sleep, and this for two nights in a row. Not to mention the noisy tourists who behave as if they were alone and share their antics with us without taboos.

Overall it was a Great stay in the Bamboo House Garden View, double storey room. The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful, at a short distance from Ubud market and they have very nice Rice plantation part f the property. They also have bikes for rent. The only facility required improvement is the Breakfast as it has only 4 -5 options with a bare limited Quantity.

Be careful with the grandfather at the breakfast restaurant.
They discriminate against Westerners due to their old-fashioned manners.
I hold back as much as possible and only speak up when I feel like it is not right.

They are not loud kids, but their manners are really dirty.
My child caught a cold here and I didn't want to move, so I left after the 7th night of the 9-night reservation.
The water is really dirty too
As soon as I turned on the filter, it turned yellow and it was the worst accommodation ever.
When I expressed my opinion, they explained that there was a shuttle service within Ubud city.
I came here with my kids in search of memories from Bali 11 years ago and regretted staying there for a long time just after reading the reviews.

The deluxe room is on a duplex, but the first floor smells bad when you brush your teeth.
The pool access room is spacious, but there is a yoga facility so it can be noisy some days.
It's been a while, but I'm starting to get annoyed.
I am currently traveling and wrote a revised review on September 24,2023.
I don't think I can eat the same breakfast because I'm so sick of it.

One free massage (normally 300k in the hotel spa) when you stay 3 nights!

Love the location just a stone's throw away from the main town of Ubud, but what really look my breath away was the beautiful view from the balcony and just how peaceful and serene it was. The team is always so warm and friendly as well. What takes the cake was that I accidentally left a bag of accessories in my room and only found out when I was about to fly out and the team was so lovely to courier it back to my home country. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

14-16 March 23 - Spend 2 nights in bamboo hut. Nice ambience. If lucky can get room facing padi fields. Room cleanliness could be improved. WiFi was bad.

I enjoyed my time here as the novelty of the bamboo was nice to experience. They are, however, very loud. As you can imagine there's not much insulation in bamboo, so you're at the mercy of your neighbors when staying here. I unfortunately had some loud ones who thought they could sing.all night.
The bamboo house pool could also use a good scrub.

If you are looking for a home stay type in Ubud, this will be a good option.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Enjoyed the place a lot! The staff are all very friendly, the room was clean and had everything you may need, so eco, the breakfast was good, and they have 3 pools. It’s very close the main roads yet it’s quiet during the day and night as it’s a bit hidden from the noise (which I personally prefer). Thank you!

Bedding smelled foul of mold with unusable pillows. Long stairs to bathroom. Only local TV channels. Not recommended.

Kamarnya bersih, amenities lengkap, air panas berfungsi, kolam renang bersih. Lokasi tepat di pusat Ubud. Staf jg ramah dan helpful. Suasananya sunyi menenangkan. Sangat recommended sekali.

Masih belum sepenuhnya normal ya. Ini hotel tetap menjaga cita rasa tradisional Ubud ya. Jadi kita cukup senang berada disini, nyaman dan tenang.

Perfect location in central ubud, walking distance to many cute shops, great hospitality from staffs, amazing rice fields and ambience.they should clean up the room more often during pandemic.if you’re afraid of frogs and geckos this place is not for you.looking forward to stay again!

There is a necessity to install some safety handles in the bathroom (near tub, near shower), please consider that.

Suasana sangat nyaman, asri, menyenangkan. Staff - staff nya ramah, lokasi gampang di cari. Sangat puas dengan semua fasilitas disini.

Vila dengan suasana persawahan yang nyaman, letak na di pusat perbelanjaan dan makanan di monkey forest, kolam renang terdapat 3 buah, sarapan sandwich nya enaak
