BIMC Hospital - Emergency

Had a serious traffic accident, fractured my pelvis bone among other head injury. Bed rested in ICU for two weeks. Did Physiotherapy with Rehab team (Dr Srii, Agus and Tania) for a week or so. In the beginning I was not able to sit up from my own bed. Gradually I was able to sit up, stand and walk with the assistance of a walker. In the end, I was able to walk independently without any assistance. Great team.

This is by far the most horrible hospital I have ever been in. They just try to cheat foreigners and collect money and don't care about the health of the patients. The organisation is a disaster, the prices are just a scam. You are deliberately left in the hospital, you don't get the examinations you need, nothing happens. You can Google here to find out what you might have and then suggest a treatment method to the doctors. The main thing is that they can continue to rip you off.

It would be all right if appropriate medical treatment were also paid fairly. Here they charge more than in other countries and it is a bad hospital.

Hygiene is a disaster. They don't use pads and put you in dirty beds for examination. The rooms are not cleaned properly. There were ant streets in the room. They don't do anything, don't give you medicine and don't care until the insurance is confirmed or you pay in advance. It takes days for small things and you are put off unnecessarily. The administration slows down the process with the insurance company and communicates wrong things.

The worst thing is that they give false information to your insurance company in order to be able to bill more, even though it is false information.

This hospital should be closed. Take your money. Wait hours for results in an emergency. One could die. I will not recommend this hospital

1. Pelayanan Visa medical Check up well organised.
2. Staff FO very helpfull to orginsed with my insurance for coverage
3. ED staff fast respon to give my called for advice.

Satpam sangar kasar yang bernama "SURIYANTO" Saat saya datang ke bimc hospital dengan bermaksud untuk melakukan rapid test. Saat memundur kan mobil satpam dengan kasar memukul2 mobil untuk suruh berhenti padahal posisi di belakang masi kosong. Dan disuruh maju lagi. Dan saat saya bertanya rapid test dengan nada tidak sopan menjawab tidak ada. Lalu baru saya tanya bisa rapid test jam berapa, baru dijawab jam 1.30. Untuk masuk ke rumah sakit saja bermaksud untuk menemui sodara yang sudah d dalam tidak d bolehkan. Dengan tidak memberikan alasan. Dan lagi dengan nada kasar TIDAK BOLEH. Kapok sudah dengan pelayanan di BIMC HOSPITAL. Tolong untuk satpam bernama " SURIYANTO " harap diajarkan tata cara, dan sopan santun saat bertemu dengan customer. Kita datang dengan maksud rapid test baik2. Janganlah melayani dengan kasar. Terima kasih. Mohon untuk perhatian nya.

My friend died in your hospital because his credit card had an issue.
Unbelievable in 2020 that someone can die for heart attack at 35 years old.and nothing was done to help him.
Money, only money is talking at your place. No place for real human behavior.

Amazing staff, very nice and skilled doctors. Went there with a dislocated shoulder and left one hour later like new.

Almost one week spent here for brain issues. Great nurses, competent doctors, clean facilities, comfortable rooms and good food. Would recommend.

Good -
Clean and very friendly hospital staff including the nursing staff. - 5 on 5 for that.

Bad -
The price is exorbitant. A normal dressing cost IDR 3.4 Mio - fees never heard of before. To add to it, the follow up visit which is less than 24 hours from the first visit is being charged again along with re-dressing of the wound to check for any infection - something I have never encountered before. Seems it’s more of money making than service in this hospital. I would definitely rate it 1 on 5

At this price I am compelled to rate the hospital 2.

For 11 Mio.a night I got an extremely small room without windows. AC was not working properly, so the air inside was very bad. Nurse station directly in front of the room, chatting and joking very loud all day (and evening) long. So annoying!
You can imagine that this is not the place where you want to recover from your Dengue fever.
Treatment was ok I think.
In 3 days I saw a doctor only twice though.

Modern hospital with great facilities and hospitality. I was sent to this hospital by the immigration officer for body xray.somehow the radiographer didn't even ask me my last menstrual period.but that's ok I thought it's a must question.anyway they have a great coffee machine at the lobby.everything was done within 30 minutes

We arrives and were immediately taken care of at the front desk. Then we went into the doctor’s office and the nurse took the vitals. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kind, we got a blood test and were in and out in less than an hour. Bill came to $61 USD.

I had quite major accident at home slipped and damaged and spilt my knee open on a cement step, ambulance and drs arrived in no time, called BIMC ambulance service direct. Ambulance arrived with the ER doctor, whom later looked after me in ER till I was admitted. Service was not overly expensive expensive although I have Expatriate Health Insurance, which covered ambulance how ever not call out for ER dr, even though I was admitted.well Ambulance and ER team for assisting me so well last night.and doing a amazing job.
