- Free delivery and hotel collection for orders over 3 days.
- Ordering process is transparent and uncomplicated via the website.
- Attention, 2 days with delivery service fee may be more expensive than the 3 day rental. (Delivery fee higher than daily rental)
- Shortly before delivery, you will receive a message (WhatsApp and email) about the real-time location of the delivery team, so you don't have to wait unnecessarily somewhere for a handover.
- Delivery was very punctual (+15 minutes at the agreed time)
- The only point of criticism was the condition of the helmets and the sizes available. We needed smaller helmets for our two children. A short WhatsApp to the service, half an hour later an employee was at the reception with two replacement helmets. Unfortunately one helmet is still too big and both are very badly worn. Bikago's selection at the Lovina location was significantly better.
- On the second day a scooter stopped starting. Short video via WhatsApp to the service. Half an hour later, the service team replaced the battery and the journey continued.
- Unfortunately, one of my scooters tipped over onto its right side while driving off a ramp and was damaged. Several fairing parts scratched or broken. Short information via WhatsApp to the service. "Thanks for the information, it's noted. Damage will be assessed after handover and offset against the deductible. "
- One day before the agreed return, I received an email saying that there was no free collection team at that time and whether I could please handle the handover electronically. 5 photos per scooter sent by email, key left at reception (alternatively under the seat), done.
- 2 days later I received a detailed list and statement of the damage, including photos. I was charged €30 of the maximum deductible of €90.
- Our scooters were no longer as new (more than 8,000 or 12,000 km) and the charge level of a battery was no longer optimal, but overall I was very satisfied with the two speedsters.
- Why I even write a review and then give it 5 stars is because of the incredibly good customer service.friendly, courteous, fast, pragmatic, transparent, the all-round worry-free package.

Need alot of paperwork and you must pay a lot of money for deposit.
The good thing: the bike was well maintained.
I don't recommend renting from this company. There is alot of rental company with cheaper rent and no hassle paperwork

Great rental company. We enjoyed it the most, contacting them via WhatsApp to update the duration and drop-off point multiple times. Furthermore, we had a good feeling about renting the bikes, including insurance. I would like to recommend this agency.

Great coverage across Bali, the support was excellent with someone meeting us to pick up at airport. We got an actual Yamaha motorcycle over the scooter, they also offer trailbike, we went well off the beaten track with the bike.

Good new bikes, all working good, price includes insurance aswell.
Price is the highest compared to other places-200k per day for the smallest scooter honda scoopy.

Hired Honda Vario Bike for 3 days in Bali, they have given a brand new bike, we drove almost 300km it was a smooth ride around the island we enjoyed driving this bike. Glad to book a bike from Bikago they have given us pickup drop service from hotel itself it saved a lot of time. Bikagilo please start your service in Penida island also.

We hired bikes in Seminyak and Ubud 2 different bikes and both times the bikes were nearly new and couldn’t fault anything. We had to be a little flexible with a drop off time but was no issue for them they accommodated us so well.
Maybe a bit more expensive but worth it for peace of mind and they will drop it off to your hotel. 10 stars.

Got my bike from here for 3 days. I paid £40 with insurance.this is a lot for Bali standards as you can get little as £10 for 3 days.however the service is stress free, they deliver/collect the bikes to/from hotel.insurance is provided (additional) so really a stress free hire period.they have gps ok the bike for any emergencies. They were always quick to respond on WhatsApp and whole process was so smooth.really worth the money you pay for. I will defo use these guys again!

The Bikago Website is a far more robust professional service and user-friendly compared to the other competitors. Viana and Rani presented to us without meeting them in person, a professional, seamless service. They confirmed everything through email and WhatsApp. They offered to deliver the scooter to our villa (wowww).

The Road Assistant gentleman went through the whole process of the scooter functions and paperwork on previous scratches. We were provided brand new helmets. I asked for a bigger helmet and they just made it happen. The scooter was only 2 months old so it was close to new.

At pick-up Rani sent an email to say that they were so busy that she requested photos to reassure the scooter was as it was delivered to us. However that changed and they asked if we could be there to hand the key and pick up the scooter.

I’d lost my wallet after a dinner and obviously MAYHEM kicked in. We backtracked and searched for 2 hours but with no avail. Unbeknown we’d forgotten about the road assistant waiting for the key for the scooter.

Prior to this, The road assistant said I will wait for you at the villa on your return. The poor road assistant was still waiting at our villa for 2 hours. He just smiled and never showed any remorse or anger frustration whatsoever. We gave him a generous tip but even that he showed no desire for the tip.
