Bhuwana Ubud Hotel

For those coming from Turkey, don't expect too much cleanliness. A nice 3 star hotel. There is not much of a cleanliness culture in Central Asia, so they are above average. A very quiet and beautiful place. When you wake up, go out to the balcony and discover heaven.

The swim up bar was a good feature. Scooter hire was a great idea a lovely two nights stay.

The rooms are okay, but you shouldn't expect 5 star hotel rooms.

Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Bathrooms are ok. No more and no less. Water pressure and hot water sometimes leave something to be desired.

Service, no matter who you talk to, everyone is very, very nice.

Breakfast is ok, but unfortunately a bit small. The price isn't quite right.

Location is ok, but it's difficult to walk to the center. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle service 4 times a day.

Massage is ok, but of course you can still get better and cheaper massages outside of the hotel.

Fantastic, friendly staff always ready to help. Idyllic setting, very secluded but a short (hilly) walk to outer shops in Ubud. Shuttle bus available into the town of Ubud, 3 times daily, 10am/2pm & 6pm. Pick up from the designated area in Ubud at 10.20am, 2.20pm & 6.20pm.
Not far away via Gojek to the tourist spot of Tlaga Singha, (infinity pool).

Its very deep inside a small road, leads you up to hotel lobby. Enjoyed the stay, remember to include breakfast meal when booking or else you’ll have to pay extra. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, you can even gojek meals!

Positive:
The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds around the pool are lovely, the location is peaceful and quiet.

Negative:
We booked this hotel for the yoga, laundry service, spa and easy access to local tourist destinations - all these were listed on the website and booking sites, but none of them are offered.

The yoga is cancelled, there is no laundry service, the spa is closed, the restaurant is only open for 2 hours in the morning and evening. Pool bar is not staffed and the deck around the pool needs renovating.

The shuttle into town is only at 3 set times a day 10am / 2pm / 6pm and you have to book it in advance.

When we arrived our sheets and towels were dirty and smelled like mould, the staff kindly replaced them. Our whole room smelled like mould with visible mould patches on the roof in the bathroom. There were splits in the door that you could see through, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and the WiFi wasn't working in our room.

Staff and management are super friendly and hospitable!
They did everything we asked for yo make our stay more comfortable.
Although the hotel is 3 stars service we got here was 5 stars.
Breakfast and restaurant food qualify is great with reasonable price.
We definitely will be back next time we are in Bali.

Very friendly staff and spacious rooms and facilities. The property is also gorgeous with throngs of trees, flowers and gardens. In the backside of your room there's a large ricefield where you can see ducks in noon and frogs croaked at night:)

The only downside is that it's quite secluded so you need a motorbike or taxis online to roam around, can't walk by feet as there are nothing outside of the property too. Laundry is also very difficult to get nearby.

Also, hopefully you didn't have bad luck like me where a bunch of Russians lived in the first floor and got drunk at 2am and started screaming at the top of their lungs. The hotel securities won't do anything as they're scared of these white people. Have to get stricter rules on noisy guests please!

The good hotel that renovated recently. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Very good services. The hotel was closed during Covid so it needs more renovations. They recently renovated the pool. The yoga hall is not operated yet. Nor the spa. They recently do fogging for insects. Hope to improve more in near future. The price is reasonable.

The room is good comfy and big.
And has a really good view of the farm/ swimming pool from terrace. Its peaceful and quite. If you do like to be surrounded by nature and away from the noise of outside world. This would be the best place.

Hal istimewa dari hotel ini adalah eco hotel, banyak tanaman buah dihalaman hotel, seperti ; Manggis, kepundung, klengkeng, bahkan tanaman langka seperti sentul. Ada kebun dan kolam aquaponik dibelakang hotel sekalian bisa sbg ajang edukasi bagi anak² kami. Keren lah

My favorite hotel to stay at in Ubud! Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, and clean affordable rooms. The hotel is very close to downtown Ubud (a short 3-5 min cab ride). The staff will help you get to wherever you need to go!

Nice, calm place. Welcoming and friendly staff. They have variety of food options and the food is really very tasty. Liked their plantation across the campus.
