We went there due to a strong stomach ache. Pros: Service was always friendly and clear about the costs. Cons: The doctor lacked expertise about the diagnosis. Seemed very general diagnosis. I'd recommend instead to go to the hospital that is nearby (BIMC) which has specialists and emergency services, we ended up there finding way better service at a much lower cost.

Very good medical service. They were very professional and open about the price. They even checked general things like hearth rate. I found it particularly good that they advised to go for an other check up after tree days, at any dokter nearby (instead of insisting to go to their clinic). It gave me the impression that they focused on our health and comfort.

I was coughing for almost 1,5 week and they helped me with a very good research and solution. Would recommend to go here!

Wasn’t feeling well for a week. I had travel’s diarrhea/sore throat while being pregnant. Dr. I Kadek Yana Parastuta, MD and his staff were very kind and caring. They helped me find the safest and best medicine and I’m starting to feel better just after one day.

Felt so weak yesterday, cramps and vomiting for hours. With their help I Immediately felt better. Really good nurses and doctors!

Went there after food poisoning and was cured the next day. The team is very friendly and the doctor took her time to explain me everything in detail. I recommend that place if you feel sick. Very professional.

Took our son there last night after a bad reaction to a bug bite which caused his ear to swell and get hives on his chest and back. They were fantastic with their diagnosis and treatment. We were there roughly midnight last night and his hives is gone by the morning and the swelling in his ear has improved massively. This place advertises itself as providing medical assistance 24/7.
I showed up a Monday morning at 6am and was told that the doctor on duty was sleeping at the hotel and wouldn't be back before "maybe" 7am.

This is a nice clinic. I walked in and they saw me right away and the service was good.

There's just one thing to be mindful of.

The consultation was 450,000 rp. I'm not sure if that's standard or not. The doctor prescribed many different medications which they had in house. At the end, my bill came to 1,550,000 to which was really very high for the medication. I decided to take the prescriptions to the pharmacy next door where I was quoted just 425,000 for the same meds.

In all, it was a good experience but I would only go for the consultation and prescription and get your meds elsewhere.

Bhakti vedanta medical clinic quick response, great service and spoke very good english. Felt very safe, and would highly recommend this place if you have any medical/health issues while in Bali.

The location is very strategic. I came for an ear control (swimmer ear) and all the staffs are very helpful. The doctor explained everything well from a to z. The price worth the service and outcome

Thanks Bhaktivedanta Medical! Last day in Bali and flying home that night when last minute a full on case of Bali Belly kicked in that had me so dehydrated and feeling like death, These lovely Doctors or Angels who knows took such good care of me and had me bouncing back so quickly.

Was seen by the doctor within 5 minutes who spoke amazing English and could understand me easily. Quick treatment and gave me all documents required to claim on insurance. Consultation was around $50AUD not including treatment but great in an emergency.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Open 24 hours and really invest their time and quality to make you feel better

I would like to give more than 10 stars if it is possible. I had a breathing problem in the middle of the night so I visited here. And Dr Mila and her nurses are all kind and gave a good care and comfort to me.
They dropped me off to my hotel and DrMila especially gave me aftercare and she guided me.to book another hospital and pray for me about my health. They are so warm hearted people ever I met in Bali and I really appreciated all of your kindness and my body condition got better.

Exceptional. British tourist here - I got an ear infection whilst in Seminyak and went here. I was seen immediately and with zero wait time, the centre is clean, the doctor spoke excellent English, and the staff were very friendly. It was a fantastic experience and I recommend this centre for anybody who needs treatment whilst in Seminyak.

We come here twice, they are very kind amd professional, unfortunate our italian insurance was not accepted but we got the full refund directly when we back home,

Was having heart pulpatations due to a very exuberant evening in Seminyak. After 24hrs Of discomfort I I bite the bullet and went to see the Doctor here Consultation IDR400k and IDR400k for an ECG (which they did twice) it was a fast efficient friendly service for A$80. Turns out heart was normal just a bad case of heartburn.
