Betutu Bali Villas

I booked the room with kitchen in 2-3 months advance, Still when we reached the guy allocated us the other room without kitchen. When I specifically asked for my booking then he said the room is not available, how can they allocate the already booked room to others and making trouble for others?

After that, the guy was asking us to stay in the same room which was available not the one which we booked, he asked us are you going to cook? I mean, seriously, I have booked the room give the same one, its up to us weather i m cooking or not.

Next day allocated the room with kitchen on up stairs, even i told them, my mother is a senior citizen if possible give us the room downstairs, same reply - rooms are not available.

They dont care about the customer, just making money thats also with greediness.

I even spoken with the owners son who manages there, he also responded the same and was trying to make me feel wrong about asking the room which i had booked already.

So overall experience is not good. I am writing the comment sitting in their hotel room 203 itself.

Very nice and clean room, overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. The staff was nice and helpful. Very quiet, the accommodation is rather far from the road. Proximity to the center of Ubud.

Everything is right about this place. People are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, atmosphere of calm and relax. Close to the center of Ubud and still in a quiet alley.

Had a very pleasant stay at this small family owned hotel. The staff was very caring, rooms were extremely clean with a very nice view to a quiet green area. Was greeted in the mornings by squirrels, singing birds and.monkeys! Located right next to the Monkey Forest, the hotel is in a green quiet area but just a minute walk to the busy street with tons of shops and nice restaurants (the Italian in the corner with Monkey Street is amazing!). Just a 7 minute walk to the Yoga Barn and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. A special thanks to Win from the front desk who made sure everything was ok with me during my stay. Everyone is wonderful and it felt like home. Definitely going back!

We had an amazing time in the Betutu villa. The saff is warm & welcoming, the rooms are nice, the pool is great, the breakfast was perfect as well.

This resort is amazing. Quiet, serene, with quintessential balinese style you would be looking for when you want to stay in Bali, Ubud.
Large comfortable beds, good aircon, a simple breakfast but its enough, and a small but very good restaurant right outside the front entrance.
You are 17mins from Monkey Forest, so don't be surprise to see monkeys outside your balcony (just keep your door closed).
Family owned resort and has been for generations. Very Zen, the perfect place to relax. Its 4 stars but l give it 5.

The most important thing, good people.

They all are very nice, specially Win, which helped us a lot when we had troubles with our credit card in an ATM.
The rooms are clean and have a good size, as well as the bathroom.

Outside there the room there is an small terrace with direct exit to the swimming pool which is nice with all the plants.
We had breakfast included and it worth it, it has several fruits, coffee, juice, two green crepes and the main plate (I recommend the sandwich with egg and lettuce, I don't remember the name), and as I said, all the staff is very nice and they treat you with great respect, they also help you in everything you need, even the laundry.

The only bad thing that could be said is that the mattress of the double bed are actually 2 small ones together, so it is not comfortable in the middle of the bed

Place is better than the pictures I think with traditional Balinese architecture. Location is pretty strategic - very close to the shops & restaurants. Best value for money in Ubud.

I loved this place! Everything thing is on time and they really work hard to maintain the place.

Betutu Bali Villas is a very nice resort. The rooms are clean und the service is great. Best quality/price ratio. Very kind staff.

Only there is no free parking on site. You have to park your car at the nearest public parking space and pay some money for it.not much though.

The place is awesome the normal room seems to be deluxe the service is also good and fast. We can make changes in the menu as per our wish upto some extent.

I like this place it’s good for a short stay. We stayed in Ubud for two days so it was perfect. It was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly, helpful and positive.

All the stars ever. Wow wow wow. Great location, so safe, so quiet, best staff. I can't say enough about their grounds and rooms and breakfast. Just top notch everything. So clean and well priced at around 30 per night for a two double bed room.

Suasananya tenang, tempatnya bersih, lokasinya dekat dengan tempat makan dan ada di pusat kota ubud jadi nggak perlu naik kendaraan cukup jalan kaki, sarapannya juga oke komplit dengan buah, stafnya ramah, kolamnya renangnya jg oke.

Just an amazing place. Beautiful garden and lovely rooms. I was just "Wow" when I walked in. And the staff is so wonderful.
